Seaclusion is a stunning four-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse in the tranquil setting of St Monans within the East Neuk of Fife. The house is in a quiet street, with an easy stroll down to the harbour. The three-storey property can sleep up to 8 guests and boasts a high-quality finish with coastal themes throughout. There is a good vibe about this lovingly restored house, and it is perfect for groups of all ages who are looking to get away from it all.
This property has a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap.

Great location with plenty of street parking, and public electric car charger within a few minutes walk.
House a generous size for a group of people and the bedrooms over 2 floors offers a good degree of privacy. Although large the house felt warm and cosy. And nice secluded private garden area.
Immaculately clean and well kitted out.
Easy booking process, with good tips and communication from Premier stays.
Would highly recommend.

We spent a lovely weekend with friends at Seaclusion. The property is of a high standard, clean, warm, with personal touches. Milk and biscuits provided for arrival.
All the rooms are a good size. Great location, plenty on street parking.and nice friendly neighbours.

Lovely property in Fife. Close to nearby villages. Lovely decor and well equipped. Quiet area and had small courtyard sitting area outside to enjoy. All rooms were nicely appointed. Fire was great for cold nights. Would definitely recommend property.

On the whole a fantastic stay
We had issue with the electrics tripping on day 1 when we attempt to use the cooker. We had to turn everything else off in order to cook the meal . However they again tripped when we attempted to turn on the outside lights. There were only 4 glass wine glasses one of which was broken. Please note we had a fantastic stay and particularly loved the copper bath . I only note these things as feedback we would absolutely be back again

From opening the front door,we knew this was going to be a welcome retreat for our stay on the East coast ok f Scotland.
The decor, attention to detail made this a beautiful place to return to at the end of busy days exploring the wonderful east neuk.
The house is equipped with everything, and we wanted for nothing, just another week.
The location is perfect for a ramble along the coast and taking the stunning skies over the Forth.
Highly recommend this property

We had a fabulous stay at Seaclusion. The house was in a great location for touring East Neuk. The house was spotless. Cleaning team are doing a great job. We had everything we needed. Plenty fresh towels. Very comfy beds and lovely bed linen. Lots of lovely finishing touches. It was a home from home. Loved the copper bath. Enjoyed our morning walks along the coast. A couple of maintenance issues that the owners are aware of that need sorted - guttering at the rear of the property and windows. When we raised our concerns we received a prompt response. We knew they wouldn’t be repaired during our stay but do need addressed as a bit annoying. Would definitely return to Seaclusion. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was a beautifully presented home, immaculate and in a great location. The home had every amenity you could ask for and some lovely little extra touches such as biscuits and milk on arrival. The copper bath deserves a special mention as it was very luxurious and needed after some very long coastal walks. The back courtyard was lovely and can imagine in better weather a great place for a barbecue.

Four friends had a wonderful short stay at Seaclusion. The house was very comfortable and decorated to a very high standard. We had a cosy afternoon indoors and fired up the wood burner. My friend had a very enjoyable bubble bath in the amazing bath! Highly recommend along with a visit to the East Pier Smokehouse for a delicious dinner.

We love St Monans, having visited the area for many years. The house was beautiful with a lot of attention to detail in the furnishings, fittings etc and it was in a great location.
We experienced issues however which highlight the need for some routine maintenance in the house. From minor details such as the extractor fan above the cooker missing a knob which meant it couldn't be switched on, to a number of light bulbs in one bathroom not working to more major issues such as the double bed in one of the bedrooms coming apart rendering it unusable.
A more major issue is the maintenance of the roof of the house however. After a night of heavy rain, one of our family members was awoken by water dripping from the ceiling above the bed, onto his head. There were 3 areas in that particular bedroom where there was obviously leakage from the roof and the guttering at the back of the house was choked with vegetation which meant water was running down the back outside wall and noisily dripping onto the ground. The agent was contacted and the handyman came to fix the broken bed, check all the bulbs that needed replaced and assess the water damage, which he said was due to work needing done on the roof. He also made a suggestion of a work-around for the missing extractor knob which wasn't a solution to the issue so we had to cook with the back door open.
The roof clearly needs some serious attention and I would suggest there needs to be closer ongoing scrutiny of maintenance inside the property by the housekeeping staff. It spoiled what would have been an otherwise enjoyable stay.

4 couples formally all living in Newcastle Upon Tyne reunited and staying in Seaclusion in St Monans. I wanted to say how much we enjoyed living in  the house. It is lovely and we liked how it has been appointed. The beds were comfortable and the copper bath is a stunner! Great outdoor space too. East Neuk of Fife is a great holiday destination with lots of pretty harbour towns and golf at St Andrews.
