Outstanding location and accommodation, with all of the utilities required.

My family and I will definitely return to enjoy more of the gorgeous Welsh countryside and coastline (which can also be done from an amazing hot tub if you aren’t in a walking mood).

I stayed here with my two daughters and their two dogs. It was perfect for us to celebrate my youngest daughters 40th birthday. We all loved the hot tub especially at night when we turned all the lights off and got the most wonderful star display.
Its in a great spot for visiting the nearby beach and villages. The Ferry Inn was not far and the food delicious.
The cottage is well equipped and the log burner was a joy to settle down by on a chilly March evening.
Sylvie and Andy, our hosts, were very welcoming but not intrusive. We were easily able to park our two cars and would definitely stay here agan.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in this beautiful holiday cottage.
The location is beautiful and very relaxing.
The garden is secure for the pooches and very private, and the hot tub is superb.
The cottage itself is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It is also very well equipped and the hosts are very warm and welcoming and provided a really lovely welcome pack.
We really could not fault this absolute gem of a place and can't wait to stay again for a week in the Summer.

We stayed at Bwthyn y Ddôl over the New Year period and the cottage has everything that you could need. Just 5 minutes from Cardigan and with easy access to other beach communities, yet in a quiet location with great views over the fields and hills. Sylvie was a wonderful host and on-hand should there be any issues (there weren't).

We loved staying in this holiday home. It was so well furnished, and peaceful and the hot tub just made it perfect.
My partner wished it was perhaps a little nearer to a pub but I loved getting away from it all........it was also a close enough location to not have to travel too far for lovely beaches, coastal walks and picturesque villages.
Our puppy's first holiday and he was so settled....the enclosed garden was great and he played in the paddock
Would definitely return, great communication with Sylvie and Andy too

My family really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is decorated very tasteful with that added touch. Loved the jacuzzi and garden view.

Caring , friendly owners , lovely welcome hosts! The bungalow is very comfortable with lovely views over the fields to the mountains in the distance ; it is a peaceful area and only a short distance to the coast and local shops . Particularly suitable for myself as I have Mobility problems .

We stayed in February Half term, the cottage a lovely place to relax after exploring the beaches in our wellies.

Amazing Views - Loved watching the sunrise in the morning.

Star gazing from the hot tub was just wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bwthyn y Ddôl. The hot tub was lovely with the log burner. We loved waking up to the sheep and undisturbed views. Great location for exploring and walks too.

We had a lovely week in this delightful cottage. It was very clean and very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was so dark and quiet at night. The welcome pack was incredibly generous and we were supplied with dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc. in fact everything you needed. We used the hot tub with its amazing views every day sometimes twice! There are walks right from the door, we walked to St Dogmaels, Poppit Sands and then back through the footpaths and quiet roads to the cottage. The cottage is in a perfect location for exploring the whole of West Wales and Pembrokeshire. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you Andy and Sylvie for a wonderful holiday.

We booked this cottage for a 4 day break with the family. From the moment we booked, the communication from Sylvie was excellent. It was lovely to be able to have honest conversations over the phone and she made us feel important and ensured that we had an enjoyable experience. The personal touch meant a lot. The cottage itself was spotless and to wake up to the view and the sheep just outside the window was well worth it….Thanks again for allowing us to have an amazing experience in a beautiful corner of West Wales

No faults with this property..very lovely. We enjoyed it so much. Not so easy to get take away food as we thought so next time we would bring more of our own groceries.

Comfortable ,cosy accommodation! The view from the picture window was wonderful and the and cows grazing gave us entertainment ! A peace of music by Bach sprang to mind 'Sheep May Safely Graze ' . We soon relaxed particularly as there was a hot tub for our private use !

We’ve been before and although circumstances are very different this time around we were not disappointed. Love this cottage! Amazing views and a very relaxing space to be for a short break.

A lovely weekend relaxing after a hard year. The cottage had everything we could possibly need for a stay away from home. Lots of space for our family.
