We have just had the most fantastic week at Bampfield Farm. We used both cottages as we are a large group including grandparents and small children. Lynda was so welcoming and had left us the most beautiful scones on arrival. The cottages are beautiful and the views from the garden are stunning. Outside the cottages are plenty of seating areas for evening drinks and meals outside. The garden play area was phenomenal with multiple play houses, swings, slide, toy tractors to ride on and even a larger wooden tractor to sit in. We had a wonderful time staying at Bampfield Farm. Lynda was a fantastic host, and we loved feeding the goats and chickens every morning and collecting fresh eggs. Haven Cottage was very well-equipped, clean and welcoming, and a perfect size for a family, and the Cream Tea on arrival was superb. The location was great - a short drive to Barnstable and close to plenty of seaside towns for beaches and coastal walks. We would thoroughly recommend!
