The apartment was really comfortable, nicely furnished and appointed, bathrooms were exceptional. Great location and peaceful. with a good pub and food 5 miles away. The community shop below has everything you would need and lots of local produce. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return soon.
We had the best time in Skerrow and New Galloway, thank you to everyone so much! Skerrow is a fantastic location, so easy to get to places due to its centrality, this is a major plus in Scotland! Because of the way it’s designed, with windows/ doors overlooking the garden, it is so quiet and peaceful. The garden is gated with lots of fencing and shrubs, so our chihuahuas could wonder the garden safely, which was also a major plus! The house itself is very well designed and modern - comfy bed, great shower, everything you need in the kitchen, fantastic sofa! And the New Galloway community shop ...more
