Absolutely everything fantastic including very friendly greeting and instant help with enquiries from reception , wonderful tour of the gorgeous Netherby Hall and Gardens from Geoffrey , cleanliness was impeccable and any staff we spoke to had time to talk to us .The apartment was better than many five star hotels we have stayed in around the world .We want to live there .Thank you all very much .Kind regards from Rob

A beautiful setting for a delightful stay in an elegant, comfortable suite.
Every member of staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.
The tour of the house was fascinating showing many original features sensitively
