Great location, clean and good size bedrooms.
My only criticism is that you can hear the neighbours. The walls are thin and no
Microwave.

Lower Bouys has obviously been refurbished recently to a high standard, everything is new and of good quality. It's a simple, no frills place which gets the basics right. Two comfortable double bedrooms, a spacious well equipped kitchen and a comfy lounge area with a big TV. It's located well, with Seaview's shops and cafes only a few steps away. The seafront is just down the hill and Seagrove and Priory bays an easy walk away. We had a lovely time there, and will come again.
