We visited in early May, group of 4 friends. We decided to go without a car and used the train, foot ferry and buses. Very convenient location with a lovely walk into Ryde and also a regular bus service. The house is very clean and well equipped with spectacular views although it does have the idiosyncrasies of an older property, for example the showers could be a little temperamental. We would have appreciated the addition of a microwave but otherwise the kitchen is beautiful. There are a great number of family photos around which we found a little odd for a holiday let, it was rather too personal. We really appreciated the milk, teas and coffee to get our holiday started and the bouquet of tulips was a lovely addition. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Seaview is a lovely friendly village with places to eat and drink and lots of pleasant walks. We managed visits to Osborne House, Ventnor Botanical Gardens and also Carisbrook Castle using the bus and train.

Shellharbour is a truly wonderful property, bright, clean and very spacious. All rooms were beautifully appointed and when we entered it immediately felt like a home from home.
The property benefits from 3 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, which for a family of 6 is a real plus.
We were pleasantly surprised to find some welcome provisions in the fridge - a lovely touch. We also have to commend the team at Curated Spaces who answered all queries in a timely manner and made the checking in/out process very simple.
So, it's a great property, but for us the key feature is the view; accessed via the spacious kitchen is a balcony that runs the length of the building with the most wonderful 180 degree sea views. There were many days we could have just sat there drinking in the view until we forced ourselves to leave. We were joined by a family of 4 one evening and still had plenty of room.
Thank you Curated Spaces , we're going to book again next year.

A beautiful property close to the sea front. Fantastic sea views are an added treat.
The property has everything you need for a lovely break.
