One of our best trips to Devon. The place is incredible and the swimming pool is great. It is worth every penny.
We had a lovely holiday, the accomodation was peaceful, gorgeous location and very relaxing. Lots to do locally and a bit further a field. Swimming pool was perfect for the children and us. The accommodation was well supplied with children's toys which was great for us, as it meant we didn't need to bring extras. Thank you for ours lovely holiday!
We stayed in Garden Cottage for three nights over the weekend. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and the scones and apple juice on arrival were such a lovely touch. It made us feel at home straight away. The facilities at Lower Elsford Farm are amazing, especially for families. Our children absolutely loved the swimming pool and games rooms, and there was so much to keep them entertained. We had a fantastic stay while staying at Torfield cottage. Very well maintained, spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped, we literally didn't want for anything! The location on Dartmoor is great with lots of open space and walks from the front door. Paul gave us directions for the long walk around the farm which we really enjoyed. Saw a herd of deer while up near the Tor and the chickens on the way back to our cottage. The swimming pool is great, nice to be able to swim at our leisure.
