It was our first time at Lower Elsford and we were blown away with the level of detail and thought that was put in to all aspects of the cottage and shared facilities. The location was picturesque and so many lovely walks from your doorstep. The pool was a godsend and our 18m old grew with confidence in the water over the time we were there. A great location to go on day trips. It really was a perfect holiday! And we will be back in 2024!
A very enjoyable 3 night pre christmas break to recharge the batteries with Cloda our Sprocker! Lovely cottage and great service from the owners, particularly when we had an issue with the washing machine. Lovely to wander the grounds, meet Lola and climb their very own Tor!! The swimming pool was great and my wife had it all to herself!! Highly recommended and we will be back hopefully
Lower Elsford Farm keeps us coming back year after year sometimes twice a year. Owners are friendly and very approachable. Great for kids and adults alike + reasonable prices even during term time. Stable Corner is the smallest of the 4 properties but still packed with everything you need yet still feels light, spacious and comfy. Each of the 4 properties on site are different and very well maintained and clean. Great views looking out over the glade. Fantastic location on the edge of the moors for the adventurous. This was our 5th visit to the farm and the 5th time we could not fault it. Lovely cottage on a great part of Dartmoor and everything close by. The swimming pool is great and so is the games room so if the weather turns wet you still have loads to do. We enjoy it there so much our 6th visit is in a couple of months time.
