It was our first time at Lower Elsford and we were blown away with the level of detail and thought that was put in to all aspects of the cottage and shared facilities. The location was picturesque and so many lovely walks from your doorstep. The pool was a godsend and our 18m old grew with confidence in the water over the time we were there. A great location to go on day trips. It really was a perfect holiday! And we will be back in 2024!
A very enjoyable 3 night pre christmas break to recharge the batteries with Cloda our Sprocker! Lovely cottage and great service from the owners, particularly when we had an issue with the washing machine. Lovely to wander the grounds, meet Lola and climb their very own Tor!! The swimming pool was great and my wife had it all to herself!! Highly recommended and we will be back hopefully
We loved our Christmas stay at Lower Elsford Farm. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook a big Christmas dinner. The owners were lovely and very responsive when we had questions. Pool and games room we're a godsend for my son as we picked a very stormy week (I still very much enjoyed some wet walks around the farm). We'll definitely be back!
Honestly! This place is incredible, from start to finish our stay was wonderful and that’s why we keep going back. Me and my family have stayed here for 2 Christmases and me and my husband have been 2 times now for a couples retreat to celebrate birthdays and our wedding anniversary. We are always greeted with a kind smiling face from the lovely hosts Jan and Paul who will always go out of their way to help. The grounds are beautiful and there’s so much to explore and do from the huge farm land, chicken coop to get fresh eggs in the morning, kids play area with slide and swings, amazing hea...more
