Slightly smaller of our two cottages.
Three bedroom, One Superking/twin. One double and one single.

Family bathroom with shower in bath.

Pretty patio with plenty of room to relax with a BBQ.

Close to the Broads National Park and miles of open countryside.

Swimming pool slots can be reserved in our heated indoor pool - check with Graham when you book.

Very enjoyable and relaxed stay in the Granary. Graham was extremely helpful and on hand if needed. We loved the private swimming pool and the games room was a fantastic addition for our family. Perfect that dogs are welcome too. Would highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Good location, easy access to the broads. Very quiet, rural location. Property is the perfect size for our family of five. Pool and games room a massive bonus for the kids. Lovely extra touches like milk in the fridge, coffee/tea bags on arrival (very much appreciated!). Host couldn’t be more helpful, very responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Graham kept us well informed from the moment we booked our 2 night stay.
The cottage was in a wonderful location to explore the areas of Norfolk we wanted to see with our family. Only 10 mins from the beautiful Broads, 15 mins from the amazing Bewilderwood and 25 mins to sandy Sea Palling and Horsey (where we all got to see the seals basking in the sun).
We received a welcome pack which included tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some chocolate biscuits (that were well received from the kids).
All bedrooms were well furnished and clean.
To have the use of the indoor pool and games room was amazing and a fun way to spend the end of the day, before settling back down in the cottage.
We would highly recommend Tunstead Cottges and The Granary and hope to return soon

We had a lovely stay at The Granary. The space is smaller than appeared in the photos, with views out of windows only through the main glass entrance doors, but comfortable enough for 5 of us on what was a stay local to an aged relative - so we were out a lot of the time. Beds were comfy (duvets too hot for us, but we'd brought our own just in case) and kitchen well-equipped. The decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The pool was a real bonus which we were able to book each day - it's only 9-10m long so not really great for doing lengths but we got some good exercise in and a small amount of mucking about which was welcome...but the highlight was the games room which isn't really shown on the website - there is table tennis, darts, table football, pool and a HUGE stack of board games and DVDs. What an amazing resource for families (especially with teenagers) and a mixed generational group.

2 adults and 3 children had a perfectly lovely stay in the winter. The cottage is perfectly clean and well-equipped. Graham was there on site, as well as at end of a phone for the few requests we had and he was very amenable. The games room has everything in it and of course the pool is a great addition! I gave a 4 for location simply because the local roads were flooded and driving there was sometimes challenging- definitely not the fault of the host. We highly recommend this property and will be back!!

This was our second stay at the Granary and was a late booking. The property is perfect for us and our dog. Well placed for the North Norfolk coast and the Broads, quiet with ample parking and access to the swimming pool. We will definitely be coming again.

We had a lovely time at Granary cottage. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We had all we needed plus the addition of the swimming pool and games room which were very popular with our children.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Granary, the cottage was clean and warm. It's only a 5 min drive from Wroxham and 15 mins from the coast. Although we didn't use the pool this stay we certainly will do when we re-book, which we certainly shall. There is a small garden area with table and chairs. The location is very quiet and relaxing.
