With glorious views the dog friendly Manor Farmhouse is in a beautiful hamlet on the edge of Bredon Hill AONB.

It has been carefully renovated to provide luxury accommodation but retaining all the original period features including exposed beams, inglenook fireplaces, bread ovens and flagstone floors.

Underfloor heating and 3 wood burners have been added to ensure a warm welcome!

The house sleeps 10 in 5 sumptuous bedrooms, ideal for 3 generation families, special occasions, and friends’ reunions to experience real country living.

There is direct access to miles of footpaths over Bredon Hill with pubs along the way - it is a walkers or cyclists paradise. For the less energetic there are two lovely village pubs a short stroll away

The house is well appointed and suited our needs very well. Although the weather was poor and we were not able to take advantage of the garden, we did make use of the hot tub.

The whole area had places of interest for visits and good nearby places to eat.

All of the bedrooms were comfortable and lacking in nothing we needed.

Although we did not meet the owner, she was on hand via text and e mail should we have had a problem.

We were so pleased to find Manor Farm as a spot to get together for a girlie weekend and catch up. Not only were the views surrounding the property fantastic the house itself was gorgeous. It was so well equipped and all 9 of us could stay without feeling on top of each other. You could tell a lot of thought had been put into the space and there wasn't anything we felt could be improved. Things which are so often overlooked in holiday homes like full length mirrors, power sockets, towels and big mugs where all present. The beds were so comfy and the showers were fab too - and with 9 ladies in the house they got good use! We very much enjoyed using the hot tub and BBQ and waking up to enjoy a cuppa on the lawn in the mornings. Plus the basket of treats and info pack on the surrounding area was a great touch. As a gang of hardworking mum's & women this break was just what we needed. I'm looking forward to having an excuse to return.

Our comments against each category above fully reflect our family's experiences of the stay at Manor Farm. Easy booking arrangements, lots of helpful info in advance and a lovely character building - all three generations of the family were very comfortable. A really quiet location, easy to find and the garden facilities were a real bonus in the hot weather over our stay.
The views were stunning.
Apart from top quality essentials throughout the property, the owners had provided thoughtful additions such as games, toys and books and comfortable sunbeds. We made good use of the hot tub.
We're already talking about a return visit!

A beautiful property in an excellent location. The house is spacious, very well-equipped and extremely comfortable and of a very high standard. The bedrooms are luxurious, light and beautifully fitted.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner on arrival with offers of further advice if required.
We felt very much at home and there is no certainly no lack of things to do in this beautiful area.

The house is beautifully presented and provides ample space. Lots of rooms for different activities and cosy sheltering on rainy afternoons. Great kitchen with all the tools you’ll need for fabulous cooking. Comfy beds and great bathrooms. Close enough to Northern Cotswold towns for walks and pubs. Lovely place.

The farm house was fabulous and had everything needed to make our stay perfect.

The stairs were a little problem for our 89 year old Mum, but she has had a hip operation 4 months previous.

The farm house itself is located is a very peaceful area, with lovely walks in and around the quiet lanes.

The attention to detail by Liz was perfect. She even put out dog biscuits for Lexi our dog and a hamper for us with fresh bread.

The beds were so comfortable and the house so warm. We even had to turn off the radiators as it was so cosy with the aga. We used it to cook our Christmas ham on which turned out perfect.

I would recommend the farm house to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway, with everything in the house you would need to make it a perfect stay.

This house is amongst the best we have stayed in for its views, access to walks from the house, warmth (Chilly November weather) , good pubs in spitting distance, and facilities. This is our 8th year of walking with our group of 8 friends so we’ve had varying experiences. The house was very comfortable, especially the beds. We all had space and use of our own bathroom - a must for us. The sitting room furniture was also very comfortable with a wood burning stove that actually did what it’s supposed to. We weren’t at all disappointed or frustrated with anything, so worth forking out a bit more than we usually do for our annual precious holiday.

Fantastic property in a great location. Lovely furnishings, great beds, plenty of kitchen and dining equipment and some luxury touches in the bathrooms. We also had our best welcome basket ever!!!
This property is ideal for extended family or a group of friends. Every bedroom could be converted from a double to a twin which was ideal for our party! Definitely recommend.

Manor Farm was a perfect location for our family weekend and birthday celebrations. We were all very impressed by how well equipped and comfortable the house is. We had everything we needed and the toys and books for the little ones were an extra bonus as was the generous welcome hamper. Liz was a most helpful and thoughtful host providing lots of useful information about the house and surrounding area. We highly recommend Manor Farm.

My siblings and I and our spouses stayed at Manor Farm for our mum’s 89th birthday. There was plenty of room for 5 couples and Liz was very thoughtful at suggesting places to visit and things to do. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend the place.

We were a group of 4 couples, celebrating my husband’s 60th. Everything about The Farmhouse at Manor Farm was perfect, we all fell in love with it! And are already planning a second visit! Liz has provided the perfect holiday home, comfy beds, hot showers, very well equipped with lots of crockery, glasses etc, lovely big bedrooms and bathrooms and cosy sitting rooms.Lots of beautiful original features and all done to a high standard, just beautiful! Lovely area, with lots to do in close proximity. We enjoyed meals at the local village pub and the Lion at Winchcombe, Christmas shopping in beautiful Broadway, so pretty with all the Christmas lights! Festival of Light Sudeley Castle was stunning! I would highly recommend at stay at this lovely house!

The Manor Farm is a beautiful, characterful house, very spacious, warm and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and well positioned in a quiet spot surrounded by beautiful countryside. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels. The owner was very helpful and the welcome pack was generous. Can't fault it.
