The Fisherman's cottage is a stone built cottage offering accommodation for 3 guests in a double and single. The living space has exposed stone walls, a slate floor and a cozy log burner, while outside the inviting hot tub and the gravel garden extend the living space outside. With the Coed y Foel woodland trust and the river Teifi only a stones throw away, and the Ceredigion coast a short drive, the cottage is well placed for exploring west Wales.

Fisherman’s Cottage provided a relaxing location for our time away. The cottage is extremely cosy and immaculate. Paul and Louisa are amazing hosts, nothing being too much trouble. We will definitely be revisiting in the future.

Perfect cottage for my wife, daughter and I to spend a few days. The peaceful location was ideal for us, lovely walks from the cottage and short drive to local beaches and towns. We spent some time star gazing from the hot tub in the evenings. Beautiful and very relaxing. The cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed (including WiFi for our teenage daughter). We had a lovely welcome from our hosts and they were on hand if we needed anything . Highly recommended, we hope to be back!

We had an amazing week staying at Fisherman's cottage.
The cottage was beautiful and in beautiful surroundings and locations.
The Woodland Trust is very close to the property.
Penbryn beach NT was about 13 miles away, incredible to be able to spend 3 separate days at this beautiful beach and the weather was glorious.

New Quay is about 15 miles, sitting on the sea wall on a Friday evening eating fish and chips,was brilliant.

The cottage had everything and more, than we needed.
We are definitely going back to stay for another visit.

The village is very close by and handy to pop in for a few bits.

Very clean and we'll equipped and we relaxed in the hot tub. Location very quiet and surrounded by beautiful countryside, a real 'get away from it all'.

Second time within a month we have stayed with Paul & Louisa. The cottage is modern, clean and really comfy with a hot tub outside, cracking views from the cottage. Both times we have been we have been looked after and the hosts take care to help you should you need anything - even finding a solution to opening some oysters (picked up from Tenby beach). there are a number of beaches within easy drive so the dogs loved it too. If you don't want to go anywhere, there are forestry commission walks within 50 yards of the cottage, and a small town 1.5 miles away with a spar and Nisa. There's pubs and take aways as well if that's your thing.

Being on a small working farm, we have seen the lambs appearing, and my partner even bottle feed a couple. We have come home with some lamb for the freezer and a load of eggs from the farm's hens.

Can't wait to return :)

Fantastic cottage in an area we'd not previously explored, almost want to keep it a secret except that wouldn't be fair on Paul and Louisa! They made us so welcome not just on arrival but throughout our stay, and we very much appreciated the beautiful fresh flowers and welcome supplies. Still looking recently refurbished, very smart, and the downstairs underfloor heating was great from both a comfort and environmental point of view. Well laid out, well supplied kitchen area, fridge icebox as effective as an actual freezer. Comfortable bed, plenty of space and highly effective wall-mounted heaters in the bedrooms. We had so much fun exploring - and such good weather - leading to long days out that we never quite got round to using the hot tub, so for that alone we'd have to come back, even if we'd not discovered as many local places we still want to visit as those we actually went to. Unreservedly recommend.
