Appartement well equipped. Very friendly landlord. Beautiful sunset possible from the garden with a view to the sea. Silent. Walks with incredible views directly from the farm. We will book again in the future. Not far from St. Ives. Perfect location to do trips from the Farm to many destination close by.
We recently stayed at Trevalgan Farm in Cornwall with my mum and my dog, and we had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, with a bus stop directly opposite the property, making it incredibly easy to get around without needing to drive,.St Ives was just a short and convenient bus ride away, which was perfect for exploring the area. Trevalgan Farm is exceptionally dog-friendly. Our dog was made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, with dog treats waiting for her, which was a lovely touch. We booked a last minute stay at Trevalgan- and we are so happy we did! Right from the first communication everything was excellent. So many great things to say- The cottage was immaculately clean, and had everything you needed, the location is incredible (still thinking about our early morning coffees looking out across the fields to the sea), the shuttle bus into St Ives every hour from early morning until 11pm!, the site has a store room with all sorts of supplies to borrow, the cute farm animals… and not forgetting the wonderful host Russell, if you get to meet him, he is lovely! Yet another amazing stay! This really is a home away from home. Excellent accommodation with great transport links during the summer, there is a bus the collect sand drops directly to St Ives. Beautiful walks from Trevalgan to St Ives or along the coast. We took a train to Truro, books a dive session, blue thunder. This is year 16 for us and there is always something new. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
What an amazing place! Lovely personal touches and perfect accommodation to meet our needs. The Carthouse was everything we’d hoped for and the bus service next door was a real bonus. Lovely walks surrounding the cottage and easily accessible to some of the most beautiful beaches in Britain. The hosts were perfectly friendly and accommodating too.
