We stayed here with our two young childern during a visit to see family. The house is fabulous, well equipped, clean, tidy and has a warm family like feel with its decor. It’s location was perfect for us with family only 2 minutes away, and it was wonderful waking up each morning and drawing the curtains to the stunning scenery of the Harray Loch and Hoy Hills in the distance. We most likely will definitely return here in the future.

We stayed for 6 nights at Kirkquoy. The location is good for exploring the island, probably about 15 minute drive to Kirkwall but being rural suited our needs.
The accommodation was spotless, well equipped with a beautiful view of Loch Harray. Lots of bird & other wildlife to see in the fields in front.
Would definitely recommend for a family holiday.

Excellent cottage with great modern facilities. The shower was outstanding and the location is perfect for bird watchers. Definitely hope to return.
