We booked all three cottages for a family gathering and they were just perfect. Cosy, clean and comfy with the best equipped kitchen and most amazing scones I have ever come across in a holiday cottage! Chris greeted us on arrival and was obviously on hand if we needed anything, although everything was wonderful so we didn't require any help. The family are already discussing a return trip ...
My wife and I spent 4 nights in Orlando Cottage in October, and we couldn't have chosen a better location. The cottage was very well equipped and spotless - a real home from home, and the Welcome Pack was a lovely touch and highly appreciated. As a base for exploring Devon it was ideal, and the walk into Sidmouth was about 20 mins downhill ... Full disclosure - we did not try the walk back to the cottage at the end of the evening ! A lovely time was had, and the hosts ( Chris and Ellen ) were excellent. Would highly recommend !
We were visiting Sidmouth for a few days and found the Samson cottage at Bulverton house perfect for us. It was the right size, very clean and well equipped. When we arrived the cottage was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it.
