We had three nights in Delderfield Cottage. We had an excellent stay. The location is only a couple of minutes drive to the sea front. The property is lovely - very clean, modern and very well equipped. It has a courtyard garden to the rear which is a lovely quiet and secluded spot. Our hosts, Chris and Ellen, are very welcoming and helpful, even to the extent of posting us a jacket that we had mistakenly left in the property on our departure. Oh! Yes, a lovely welcome pack too, thank you! We would definitely recommend the property and stay there again when we are next visit Sidmouth.
My wife and I spent 4 nights in Orlando Cottage in October, and we couldn't have chosen a better location. The cottage was very well equipped and spotless - a real home from home, and the Welcome Pack was a lovely touch and highly appreciated. As a base for exploring Devon it was ideal, and the walk into Sidmouth was about 20 mins downhill ... Full disclosure - we did not try the walk back to the cottage at the end of the evening ! A lovely time was had, and the hosts ( Chris and Ellen ) were excellent. Would highly recommend !
The accommodation was spotless, comfortable and finished to a high standard. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I would recommend and will no doubt make a return visit.
