This is the 3rd time we have stayed at No: 17. It is now like a second home. Nicely decorated and homely. We dont really use the appliances but the cooker and hob are of good quality. Wifi is good, selection on tv plentiful. It suits as a base as it is easy to get around the county (coast or countryside). I have no doubt we will be back for our annual visit

Have stayed in Snape Maltings accommodation before but felt the cleanliness this time wasn’t quite up to usual standard. Also felt the condition of a number of fixtures and fittings was below par. #17 has external staircase entry off the exit route from the complex so vehicles are passing almost constantly but there was virtually no disturbance from neighbouring properties. Living space on upper floor lessens the impact of the passing traffic. Made good use of eating establishments on site and also Earsham Deli. Being entitled to a discount in the various outlets is a bonus. Also experienced the new on-line information service which, after a few corrections regarding accommodation detail, proved to be both comprehensive and informative. I referred to it several times during my stay.

What a beautiful location. We can't imagine a better place to start our exploration of Snape Maltings. It's our first time to the location and we were here to watch a family member perform at the concert hall. Great location to visit the art galleries/shops, just a hop away from the concert hall, and lots of food options to choose from. We came by train and taxi at the suggestion of Sue, who has been instrumental to our great experience here. The place had in-room washer/dryer, nice kitchenette, and clean rooms/bathrooms (but be sure to bring shampoo/body wash). Would return again in a heartbeat.

Overall a lovely place to stay but velux window over stairs has a ‘net curtain’ of cobwebs. Light bulbs need replacing on the stairs and in the hall.
