We really enjoyed our getaway to Captain Jack's on the Northumberland coast. Having never explored the area much before, my husband and I decided to try somewhere new and book a short stay. We were thrilled to see that the town of Beadnell is very close to the beautiful towns of Alnwick, Bamburgh, and within a short drive to Hadrian's Wall, Alnwick Garden, and a range of other historical sites like Lindisfarne Island.
