I had a very peaceful stay at The Doocot - it's a stylish, clean and modern conversion and very warm on the chilly October nights. Well-equipped and with a huge bed (firmer than I was used to but not enough to affect my sleep). Well-located for St. Andrews and other towns, I can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for having me to stay.
The Barracks easily swallowed up 8 adults and 2 dogs for our Christmas week holiday. The kitchen and living room were particularly spacious and extremely comfortable, especially when we lit the fire in the evenings. We all enjoyed good nights’ sleep due to the high quality beds and tranquil area that the property is positioned in. The views are fantastic, walks from the doorstep were varied and it was easy to get to the beach and neighbouring towns / villages. The local farm shop and distillery are particularly impressive and are definitely worth a visit!
