Ashford House was very clean the rooms are lovely and the bed was very comfortable and was lovely and warm in the room spacious bathroom 5minutes from Bridlington town center Great location. I thought it was abit expensive for just a room would of been better if breakfast was included.

arrived at the property ok room was average for the price, no heating to begin with, we was heading out anyway so thought it would be coming on later that evening, woke up to start the day no hot water and found the shower to be broken we was heading out for the day to scarbrough so not only did we have to manage the best we could with no shower no hot water and freezing to death we headed out,anyway reported the problem and they told us we could move rooms we were only booked thurs to sunday and as we were out for the day and night didnt think this was worth the hassle , she said we could use room 4 shower which we did the room 4 we used was a beautiful room much nicer than ours ,our stay was ok have stayed here a few times when it was run by a couple i just think that checks should be made to oversee these problems very dissapointing
