Excellent house lovely garden. Right near the local beach and town is easy walking. A lot of space clean and tidy. Really impressed with the standard has been kept really nicely. Would recommend to a family or couples as its almost split for the bedrooms for 2 families which was excellent for us as we had 2 families with small children plus a teenager for the single room and an older couple for the master bedroom. Kids loved it and very secure garden. Great find would book again if going to St Mawes.
