Meadowside is just a 10-minute walk to St Mawes Harbour and close to the Sailing Club quay and Summers Beach. This light and airy first floor apartment is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The open-plan design of the living and dining area has a large feature window which brings the outside in and if there’s a chill in the air, the wood burner adds warmth and cosiness.

Place was excellent; very comfortable and warm. It is on the further edge of St. Mawes, but it is all walkable (up hill from port) - and it has the benefit of being opposite a bus stop for when you want to take bus/train back home rather than ferry from port.

Very well equipped property done to a very high standard.
The view from the large end window is just a different picture everytime you look , lovely comfortable place to be in. Especially the bed and high quality bed linen , loved the woodburner and the welcome basket was a lovely welcoming gift .. only regret is we couldn't stay longer.
We hope to return again soon

Meadowside is a beautifully decorated and maintained property. The styling and quality of the furnishings are completed to a very high standard. Although we were only there for three nights, we had everything we needed and would have been more than enough for a week or more. The property is very light and airy with a lovely feature window to the front. The bed in the master room was very comfortable and the modern large bathroom was lovely. We had three Golden Retrievers who the owners were happy to accommodate and there was plenty of room for them in the apartment. There is only a courtyard garden (which we knew about) but be mindful of if you are taking a dog(s). Ours generally adapt very well to any surrounding so were fine with it. We had not stayed in an apartment with our dogs before so was a little unsure how it would work but needn't have worried.
I have only given 4 for location but that is due to the fact that we generally stay more in the centre of St Mawes so have views of the harbour, however it was only a 10 minute walk down into the centre and the views from the property are lovely with pretty sunrises.
The owners were very accommodating not only in relation to our three dogs but also the fact that they were able to arrange an earlier check in for us as we were moving from one property to another. They popped to see us, meet our dogs and get some feedback as we were leaving which was a nice touch.
There is a house for larger parties or if you just prefer more space attached, which does have a garden.
Overall we would highly recommend this property.

Very happy with accommodation. So comfortable. Lovely Cornish decor. Sea views and short walk to the beach and village. Andrew and Sally very welcoming. Great welcome pack which we enjoyed. We will return.

Our first time staying here after visiting St Mawes for several years.
Owners friendly & welcoming. Clean, light & airy open plan apartment equipped throughout to a very high standard.
The two flights of stairs are narrow & quite steep, require care when carrying luggage.
No audio equipment so take your portable speaker if you like music.
We have booked again for next year.
