Our largest apartment, sleeping up to 8 guests, this apartment has bay window sea views from its well equipped kitchen diner. Its large lounge has seating for 8 and great sea views. Leading from the lounge is your private 22ft south facing balcony. The views are exceptional.​

The master bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds with sea views. The second and third bedrooms both have a double bed.

The apartment has 2 tiled house bathrooms both with power showers.

Soon as you walk into these apartments you feel at home. They are so clean and comfy, the location is fantastic and the views are beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again. It was also perfect for the dog.

This is our 4th visit to these lovely apartments which speaks volumes.

They are in a perfect location with the added benefit of a dedicated parking space. Nothing is too much trouble for the Management who go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

I would have no hesitation in recommending these Apartments, if you haven’t tried them yet then get booking you won’t be be disappointed.

Absolutely excellent stay in apartment 3. The apartment has ample space for two families in the bedroom and living areas making it a comfortable stay for a party of 8. There were plenty of kitchen-ware to cater for a larger group and the appliances all worked as required.

The customer service is friendly and responsive to any concerns or questions and very easy to contact if you need anything.

The apartment is situated right on the sea front so you have execellent uninterrupted views of the sea from the balcony and the large windows in the kitchen.

A few of areas for improvement include the cleanliness of the apartment, there was a slight odour coming from the fridge. We had to move one of the beds, underneath hadn't been cleaned and was quite dusty. Also the balcony's wooden floor was a little worn so you had to make sure you had footwear on to prevent any splinters.

Never the less, we still had a great stay and would recommend for familes with children to make the most of what Bridlington has to offer.

Had a wonderful stay in this fantastic apartment. The apartment block has a lift so suitable for most people. The apartment was very spacious and had everything that was needed. Huge window in the kitchen overlooking the lifeboat centre and beach. To the side a huge balcony again overlooking the beach and getting the late morning/afternoon sun. This is the third time we've stayed at these apartments and look forward to a family break in August for a few days.

This was a great location, close to the town centre and amenities and with a wonderful view across the sea. The accommodation was mainly spacious and comfortable but the two double bedrooms were very tight for space and you could only just squeeze round the bottom of the bed to get round to the other side. There was no storage space in one of the rooms and very little in the other. The family room was very large with plenty of storage space.

There were some niggling issues in terms of pots and pans but they attended to that very quickly so that was fine and the kitchen was well equipped. However, we reported a few things that never got attended to. One of the wash basins drained very slowly and the kitchen sink was also a bit slow. The washbasin plug stuck down and it took a lot of jiggling about to get it to come up (and then took ages to drain). It was useful having a dishwasher but it wasn't very efficient and quite a few items had to be washed by hand afterwards. Some cups and plated had been put in the cupboards not fully clean so we had to wash them before use.

We are always concerned about ensuring recycling so we asked about it and were told to just put everything in the blue bin and the council sorted it all. On checking with the council website we discovered that this wasn’t the case and in any case the blue bin was full to the top with bin bags. The blue bin was for recycled material which had to be put in unbagged and as mentioned everything in the bin was in bin bags. In the end we left the refuse bag in the flat and took all the recyclable material and glass bottles home and recycled it there. So, a shame about the niggles bu the flat was very good and a great place to stay.

Thank you for your review, its great to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. The smaller bedrooms are a little short on storage space, which is why we made the cupboard just outside the bedrooms for them to store belongings. As we explained, the previous guests booked 3 apartments over Christmas and a lot of the cooking equipment was taken to another apartment, we though we had redistributed these pots and pans correctly but I am happy that we were able to replace the two missing pans for you immediately. The slow running drains were reported and recorded, but we couldn't find any tradesmen to attend on the 27th December. They have now been cleared, and the plug fitting has been replaced. As we discussed during your stay, all of our waste goes into the same bin, which is then sorted elsewhere into landfill, recycling etc when it is collected - this is correct information. Being a commercial property we pay to have our waste removed by a private company which is nothing to do with the council. We take recycling and the environment very seriously which is why we offset our carbon, and yours during your journey to Bridlington by planting trees though our partner Ecologi. We had a lovely stay , third one this year in fact we keep coming back . The apartment is lovely and clean with everything we need to make our 4 night stay enjoyable, the management a phone call away if anything needed. Sitting on the balcony watching the sumsrise and sunrise isnjust amazing.
A stones throw away frim the beach and the local shop just a short walk away.
We will be coming back again for another short break in september.

Lovely Apartments in a perfect location. Customer Service is excellent. We have stayed here three times now and booked again for next year which is testament to how nice these Apartments are

The only negative comment is nothing to do with the Apartments/Owners but sadly some of the guests don’t look after other people’s property. For example large spillage on one of sofa seats which hadn’t been cleaned properly. Dirty pans in cupboard, Grill Pan had been lined with fresh tin foil but had dirty fat underneath this was the same on our previous visit. Cigarette burns on one of cushions even though the Apartments are non smoking. This was brought to the attention of the owners and photos taken as we didn’t want them to think we had left it like this

A group of friends and I stay in this apartment once a year. It's a great location and the apartment is just about perfect for 8 of us.

apartments @ 52 is a real find in Bridlington. This is the second time we have taken Mum to the same apartment. Awesome customer service, great spacious apartment and a sea view which can’t be beaten. Only 5 mins walk to the town center.

The great customer service started as soon as we booked it. Warm and friendly welcome.
The apartment is spacious and clean and the kitchen has a fantastic view of the beach and is fab for people watching . Two standard size double rooms and 1 x family room plus a great size living room , and the balcony .The balcony is a AA plus addition and makes for those superb mild summer evenings we are always dreaming about. Capture all this with some great weather - where else does one want to be.

3rd year staying here would not stay anywhere other then here now the apartment is big and sleep all 8 off us along with parking space for 1 car and loads if space on road on a evening free parking . The rooms are very clean and fresh the sea view is amazing the decking space is a bouns on a summer nigth. If you stay in apartment 3 it host a washer and dishwasher which is great has being a big family it hard to pack for 7 day trip. The beach is a few min was down the hill and there a lovely cafe down there along with loos and a pool. Jamie and the staff are a call away if you need anything and the apartment host 2 shower which is great after a day on the beach . If your luck to stay during the week the rnli boat train most Wednesdays and we was lucky to get to see both boats and the helicopter train this year . See you next year

Second visit to these lovely Apartments. Last year we stayed in Apartment 1 this year we stayed in Apartment 3 and wasn’t disappointed.

The view from the Kitchen/Diner is exceptional with the added bonus of a large South Facing Balcony with lovely sea views

On arrival we were allowed to leave our luggage in the Apartment until the official check in time which was an added bonus
