Swallows Drift at Rosewyn is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment which is part of a 17th century farmhouse complex. It is set in 5 acres of Cornish countryside.

Located in the heart of Cornwall, 8 miles from Newquay and 1 from the A30, it is the perfect base to explore the county.

We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay here. On arrival we were greeted by Colin who was very friendly. The accommodation has everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. We were left a welcome hamper which was appreciated. Nicola (and their dog) was very helpful and friendly recommending a local pub to eat.

The only issue we had was the weather which wasn't very kind to us but nevertheless we had a nice stay.

This stay was the pick of the crop for our 6 week touring holiday. The apartment had everything you need. Spotless, comfortable, beautiful large upstairs dinning kitchen area with lovely views and plentiful coffee pods to keep you going. We stayed for 3 nights. Originally we wanted 4 nights but the extra night was booked out. This is somewhere you can just chill after a day touring around Cornwall and coming back to the piece and quite of rural life.

Charming, quiet hideaway with friendly welcoming hosts. Close to amenities and a good base for exploring Cornwall.

Last minute trip to Cornwall to enjoy the bank holiday weekend. We didn't let the poor weather bring us down. Rosewyn was a perfect little getaway. Location was great, we could access most places we wanted to visit in under an hour and it was still far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. Well presented 1 bedroom apartment, we had everyone we needed. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We loved everything at the cottage. Light room with open kitchen, well equiped. Good coffee! Beautiful view.
The owners were very welcoming and helpfull. They have a great guide with all kinds of info and things to do. Really well organised.
We really enjoyed our stay.
