The Courtyard Barn at Rosewyn is a beautiful 2 bedroom house (1 Double and 1 Double/Twin) which is part of a 17th century farmhouse complex. It is set in 5 acres of Cornish countryside.

Located in the heart of Cornwall, 8 miles from Newquay and 1 from the A30, it is the perfect base to explore the county.

The Courtyard Barn has ultra fast WiFi, smart tv with Freeview, Netflix and Amazon Prime. **EV Charging available on site: UK Type 2 untethered**

Wonderful hosts, welcomed us like vvips available all of the time. Spotless cleaning available everything you can expect for self catering accommodation.
Location of the accommodation is excellent for the family who wants to visit and explore Cornwall . Very central . 20 minutes drive to Perranporth beach which is nice sandy beach. Little over One hour drive to Lizard point and Lands end. 30 minutes to Eden gardens. 30 minutes to St Ives. You get everything you can wish for Highly recommended

A lovely clean cottage , 30 minutes from the Eden project and near to Newquay and other lovely beaches. Really friends hosts and a lovely peaceful countryside location. We were made to feel really welcome.

We had the pleasure of staying at Rosewyn and our experience has been absolutely fantastic. As soon as you arrive a sense of calm and serenity sets in and draws you in to the comfort and warmth this place provides.
We stayed at The Courtyard Barn which accommodates four.
The property is designed so tastefully with an amazingly thoughtful kitchen decked with all kinds of crockery and utensils you’ll need to cook.

Our parents enjoyed taking long calm walks around Rosewyn, and as avid country life admirers, revelled in the gorgeous scenery as they strolled each morning.

Rosewyn is managed by the kindest, most friendly hosts, and what warmed our hearts the most was when Collin cooked us a delicious dinner with curry, daal, and rice. As we shared dinner cooked by him, it felt homely, and delicious (with top notch presentation)

Collin and Niccola are so kind and we enjoyed our chats with them, not to forget their adorable dog, who brightened our stay even more.

We highly recommend this Rosewyn to anyone and everyone looking for a getaway from city life, and just wanting to pause, recharge and spend some time in harmony with nature in the scenic backdrop of Cornwall.

Fantastic place to stay, comfy had everything ( pegs be helpful) had a wonderful time even spotted deer fox and squirrel ♥️
