Despite the weather which was raining for the first 3 days of the holidays. It was great to have use of the pool tennis courts gym and games room. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. We loved the Eden camp great to do when raining. The beaches were great when the sun came out. The cottage was lovey had everything we needed.
We had a great week, weather was good which helped. We used all the facilities especially the pool and the more energetic people in our group used the gym, games room and tennis court which they thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed in the Cartwheel Cottage and it was lovely. Lots of items provided eggs, milk, box of biscuits plus there was tin foil, kitchen towel, salt , pepper and so much more Would definitely recommend staying at Eastgate Farm
We booked the accommodation as the online photos looked amazing. Weren’t disappointed when we arrived. The Old barn was even better than we hoped. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and loads of space for both families in the living areas and kitchen. The onsite pool and tennis were amazing. Really made the holiday for the kids and adults. There is no pubs or restaurants within walking distance but we knew this prior to booking and just planned our days out around this. Enjoyed the stay at hurdles cottage but you need a car to get about, never saw the owners at all during our stay ,for what it was I think it was abit expensive wouldn't return again
