I highly recommended this holiday retreat to all my friends . we had such an amazing time ! we just relaxed and switched off and felt like we were in pure nature . Thank you so much

We had a good stay overall and really enjoyed the villa. It was comfortable, well presented and we had a lovely time.

However, there were a couple of disappointing issues from the start. One of the pool was dirty when we arrived and was never properly addressed during our stay. They sent someone to clean it, wasn't cleaned so we contacted the host (Beth) again and she completely stopped responding to our messages. We also contacted the host (Beth) about the poor WiFi connection but our messages were ignored. A simple apology or explanation would've gone a long way.

It was disappointing not to receive better communication or support from the host when we raised these issues, particularly as the main reason we booked this villa was to have access to both swimming pools, not just one. Unfortunately, our messages being blatantly ignored had a significant impact on our stay as we felt we couldn't contact her for other issues such as how to operate the dryer etc. Overall, the lack of access to the second pool, combined with the poor communication from the host is ultimately why we felt a 3-star review was warranted.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the ultimate retreat! We took our mother for her birthday and she felt truely spoilt. We had every need catered for. The bungalows are decorated to the highest standard each room makes you feel like royalty.
The grounds are spacious and well kept. The hot tub/ wave pool was the cherry on the top. With lots of lounging chairs to relax on.
Thank you for a most wonderful stay. We hope to come again soon.

We had a lovely time at your houses in Kent! We had everything we needed, house was very warm, bit too warm lol! The hot-tubs were great, deco amazing, just perfect for us, just a couple of niggles - more lighting needed at night to walk between houses, the tasimo machines needed descaling as the red lights came on and had trouble using them, not much sugar available it was mainly sweetener so we had to go out and get more! But these are just little things that can happen. There were 21 of us and had the best time ever, we throughly recommend it and would definitely come back again, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the lovely gardens

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Retreat, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The property is beautifully designed, blending contemporary style with comfort, and it’s perfectly situated within lush, well-maintained grounds. Every detail of the house feels thoughtful and luxurious, from the spacious living areas to the sleek, well-equipped kitchen.

One of the standout features is the incredible swim spa and hot tub, both of which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The swim spa is also awesome for swimming with its built in strong currents.

The customer service was top-notch. The hosts were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing holiday experience.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat or a luxurious base to explore nearby attractions, this house is a perfect choice. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, style, and relaxation!
