What a wonderful break. We arrived on a beautiful sunny day and the view was spectacular, overlooking Blagdon Lake. The barn was delightfully retro with the record player and selection of albums. Immaculately clean with a surprise to find the fridge stocked with Yeo Valley treats. Enjoyed sitting outside with the sun on our backs in early March, looking out at the vista. Would highly recommend a stay here.
We had a fabulous short break at Coombe Barn. It was spotlessly clean & so comfortable with lots of downstairs social spaces. We loved the big kitchen which was so well equipped & all the Yeo valley goodies were a lovely surprise. The bedrooms & bathrooms are all beautifully done, the one above the garage is ‘quirky’ as advertised, with a very ‘tight’ toilet space! We ate at both the canteen and the New Inn, both excellent as were all the Yeo valley staff we dealt with. Thank you we will return.
We loved our stay at Heronmere, the views over the lake and countryside was wonderful. The lounge and kitchen/dining room were especially large and well equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we would definitely recommend this house to family and friends.
