Had a lovely time at the mill. It is a beautiful place and the boat was an added bonus. The place was lovely and clean. And a nice part of the broads to explore with the boat. Would highly recommend anyone that wants a holiday that is a bit different
We had a great stay at the Rands great location so clean a comfortable would recommend it. Riverside Holidays Ilmited were so helpful and the online booking was so easy. We have already booked for next year.
A neat well laid out property with everything you need. A short walk from Potter Heigham bridge with its boat hire, shops and restaurants. Fishing from the lawn was excellent, with a shed to sore your equipment was handy. WiFi connection was useful for checking and booking activities around the area. Easy links to Norwich and Great Yarmouth. Overall a very happy week, good fishing, great wildlife and a comfortable stay
Our 5th year of staying in Willow, good to see it has had a refresh and cleanliness has improved. The made up bed, the provided towels and tea/coffee were much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay and already booked for 2027.

My stay at Haven was quiet and pleasant, my time there spent fishing plenty of Roach, perch, A short walk for pub food and Nathan's store everything you need. Other side of bridge fresh fish and chip shop. MrR Noades
We had a lovely relaxing holiday in sunnyside ,it's location is ideal 7 mins walk to potter heigham , shops,pubs etc . Good fishing for the angler .Every thing you need in the cottage ,we have stayed there 5 or 6 times now & have already re booked for next year .
Lovely property, third time we have stayed now, has everything you need. Loved being away from everything, turned my phone off and properly relaxed for the week Fishing was good, the weather was kind to us, we had a great stay!
