We stayed at Reynard House over the Easter period and loved every minute of it. Reynard house is a beautiful property set in a wonderful location. The house is extremely comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The communal gardens as fabulous and our 4 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the Easter Egg Hunt that we set up for them. This is the nicest cottage I have ever hired in terms of luxurious fitments and equipment. It had everything one could possibly need. The bathroom was like something out of a showroom and for us the icing on the cake was the gorgeous views across the countryside where we enjoyed sitting and watching the wildlife and birds. We also saw a stoat for the first time! The cottage is well placed for visiting York, Ripon and Harrogate although do use either the bus or the park and ride for York. The service is excellent. For a small cottage it was very well equipped and comfortable. However the garden was the star. Walking around listening to the birds was a joy and so many places to sit and read as well as the patio. Life in the quiet lane.
