We really enjoyed our stay at Drumlins cottage. The cottage was very cosy, excellent base to visit all our favourite places around the Lakes.

Been twice now to Drumlins and it always exceeds expectation. Very spacious, clean and in tip top condition. Has everything you need and is very comfortable. Outside areas great. Very quiet and lovely walks from the door.
My dog really enjoyed it too.
Can’t fault it.

Homely, spacious, clean & comfortable, everything you need! Photos on the booking site really don't do this justice it's really lovely. Great area & lovely walks.. definitely reccomend

The third time we have been to drumlins cottage and it never disappoints,
Excellent little cottage in lovely surroundings . We have just comeback from a relaxing week with our two dogs , lots of walks in the countryside and not to fare from Kendal and Arnside .

Attractive cottage with lovely walks from the door. Very clean and good value for money. Missed having a welcome pack, even a bottle of milk would have helped as some way from the nearest shop but would be happy to return.

We do not advertise that we provide a welcome pack in our self-catering holiday cottage. For the benefit of readers who have not stayed with us before, the farm in the village sells pasteurised milk and milkshakes (The Pasture), the nearest supermarket is 7 minutes’ drive away and we are only next door and would have happily given you some milk had you asked.

This was our 4th holiday at Drumlins cottage we stayed for 3 weeks this time, the location is lovely and quiet but ideal for visiting Cumbria and the lake district and the Yorkshire dales, the property was clean with a loverly outside area with seats and table and great irea for our dog , the washing machine came in very handy and a dryer is there for rainy days, the kitchen has everything we wanted, we recommend highly Drumlins for a great holiday.
