Welcome to our seven beautifully restored 5 star self catering cottages in Cornwall, situated a short walk to the village of Chapel Amble near Polzeath and the magnificent North Cornwall coast, surrounded by peaceful Duchy farmland.
Another excellent stay at Rooke Cottages you feel instantly relaxed and at home as soon as you step through the door as the cottages are all immaculate, equipped with every luxury you need for a fantastic stay but this does not happen by magic and is down to the sheer hard work and attention to detail from Rob and Gill. A friend recommended Honeysuckle Cottage to us and we were not disappointed. This was our first visit to Cornwall and having such a comfortable, clean and well appointed place to stay was a fantastic base to a terrific holiday. Perfect for a couple and their dog Monty!
As well as a beautiful building, Honeysuckle cottage had a great garden for our dog to run around in and the position captured the afternoon and evening sun. Perfect to eat outside and enjoy a refreshing sundowner!
Rookie Cottages are well located too for enjoying the delights of Cornwall and the owner's Gill and Rob are ...more
One of four cottages for a large family group. Walnut was for my 88yr old father and my adult Son to share. It gave them a fantastic, independent space, with a bedroom each, where they could retreat for some quiet time whenever they wanted. A lovely character cottage with a charming garden.
We have been returning to Rooke for more than 10 years and it never disappoints. The cottage is lovely and very comfortable and is perfect for either good or bad weather days. One of the highlights for us is the enclosed garden which is great for our little dog and is a perfect place to relax with it being so peaceful and quiet. Our only issue is that this visit we didn’t see the barn owl apart from the chick on the owl-cam. Overall, fabulous!
