Delightful, though snug with 5 adults. Lovely location, very close to a nice pub and a farm shop. Close to beaches.
This is our fourth time staying at Rooke Farm, and our third time in Jasmine Cottage. We love everything about the location, home-from-home feel about the cottage, everything you need is provided and it’s all exceptionally clean and comfortable - really there is nothing to fault and no doubt we hope to return very soon.
For all other holiday cottage providers, this is what 5 star actual is! A brilliant cottage, excellently presented and maintained, and service where nothing is any bother.

We have returned to walnut Cottage a number of times and never been disappointed. A lovely farm setting.
Our stay in Meadow was a first for us but we have been coming to Rooke Farm with our 2 dogs since 2014 and this was our 13th visit........we have also stayed in 2 other cottages during that time. This in itself should tell you everything! We love it here and now come 2/3 times per year. It truly feels like one's second home and Rob and Gill are the most hospitable hosts!
