Great place with everything you need, it’s a great base if you want to explore North Wales, which is absolutely Beautiful, great host and great welcome pack. We were lucky enough to have snow which changed the landscape and was so beautiful. Walks in the local are were a great taste of what North Wales has to offer. Highly recommend these cottages.
We are regular visitors to Bwthyn Clychau'r Gog where we always receive a warm welcome from Jane the owner. Her delicious lemon cake is naughty but nice! The beautiful scenery and view was enhanced this time by some snowfall towards the end of our holiday which made everything look even prettier than usual. We were toasty and comfortable in the cottage with the log burner going looking out on the snowy scene. It is a perfect place to spend Christmas where you can enjoy the peace and quiet but we also went out a lot to visit some National Trust properties that were still open and decorated f...more
