Great place with everything you need, it’s a great base if you want to explore North Wales, which is absolutely Beautiful, great host and great welcome pack. We were lucky enough to have snow which changed the landscape and was so beautiful. Walks in the local are were a great taste of what North Wales has to offer. Highly recommend these cottages.

A beautiful, well presented, clean home from home. Excellent hosts with extra touches such as milk, cake and wine on arrival. The cottage is on 3 levels with 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs, 1 double with a bath and overhead shower and a twin with shower. All beautifully decorated with warm bedding. There is another double down the full stairway with a toilet and sink next door. The lounge has 2 large sofas with a smart TV and access to outside. The kitchen and dining room is via a few steps beside the stairs and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and even a drinks cooler. Everything you need is there and the views are stunning from the large windows overlooking mountains and windmills. Access to the private garden and parking is via the back door with 2 sitting and eating areas. You are greeted each morning by a herd of cows and there is plenty of wildlife nearby, including the hosts friendly dogs.
Jane the host warmly greeted us on the first night and provided any information and help we needed throughout the stay. It was an ideal base to explore the north east of Wales and there are loads to see including ancient castles, cathedrals, seaside towns, zoos, canals, aqueducts, country parks and so much more. We had a great, relaxing stay and a much needed break for he whole family. Thank you for a lovely place.

We've just had a lovely week staying in Bryn Eithin. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable, which along with the quiet provided a very good night's sleep. We found the location perfect for peace and quiet but also for exploring North Wales. We enjoyed being able to go for walks directly from the cottage into the countryside. We would highly recommend this property.

After many stays at Bwthyn Clychau'r Gog at the same location this was our first stay at Bryn Eithin. Everything was of the same high standard and as always you are made to feel very welcome by Jane the owner with the same lovely cake to welcome you, together with other useful items such as tea, coffee and milk. It made a change having a view of the other side of the valley and being a larger cottage we were able to have a friend visit for a few days and they, like us, loved staying in the area. We will be back again in June this time back at Bwthyn Clychau'r Gog and we will continue to visit this lovely spot for many years to come. Whichever cottage you stay in you will not be disappointed.

Bryn Eithin is a beautiful sleeps 6 cottage situated in the stunning Denbighshire countryside. Everything is provided in this extremely cosy and comfortable cottage. Comfy beds, cosy lounge with woodburner and a great kitchen diner.
Jane, the owner is lovely and communication was excellent.
We would definitely like to stay again. A haven of peace and quiet!

This is our third stay and it did not disappoint. We stayed in the larger of the two cottages this time and found it to be equally as lovely. The welcome package with homebaked cake, wine, orange juice, milk, eggs, tea and coffee goes above and beyond the normal welcome baskets. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need, the cottage was extremely clean, the beds super comfortable with heating and hot water and logs for the fire a plenty. Jane is always on hand if needed and more than happy to help. We visited the local pub for the first time and found it to be very friendly and welcoming. There are some lovely walks from the cottage or alternatively a short drive away. We will definitely be back again!.

This was our second time staying here and we loved every minute again. Jane is so friendly and really great with our children, letting them help feed the animals. The cottage is very spacious with all the amenities you could need. We really hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Perfect, from initial enquiry with Jane until checking out. The luxury cottage was even better than expected. A generous welcome box of goodies including, eggs and quality wine awaited us. The high end kitchen had everything that could be possibly desired. All thoughtful furnishings in cottage were in lovely condition.
My three friends and I, who were on a walking holiday would all thoroughly recommend Bryn Eithin.

Another fantastic week at Bryn Eithin. Jane is such a wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble for her. The property is well equipped throughout and absolutely immaculate. Seating area outside the kitchen and at the bottom of the garden with the most magnificent views. The property is within a smallholding and it is wonderful to wake up to the sound of the animals deep in the countryside. This was our second visit and it was even more memorable than the first, if possible. Beautiful property in gorgeous setting with a wonderful host. Not forgetting Minx and Charlie!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Bryn Eithin despite the somewhat inclement weather.

The house is lovely. It’s spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. The kitchen with dining area in particular was great, with fridge and separate freezer, plus a cooler on the countertop. The beds were comfortable and the showers excellent.

The views from the kitchen window are stunning, tho far hills were in cloud a lot of the time! We chose the location because of the surrounding countryside which is beautiful, but some of the lanes near the house are narrow and caution is needed. All part of the adventure!

There are plenty of places to visit such as Llangollen Viaduct, various castles and abbeys plus osprey viewing at Llyn Brenig.

We loved the holiday. Thank you, Jane.

What a stunning house. From the moment you enter the quality of the accommodation is striking. All of the large light airy rooms are superbly equipped, comfortable and charming. Plenty of outside seating and parking. Beautiful views. Jane our host was super friendly and helpful was always a available and responded promptly to any questions we had. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

The cottage is done to an high standard. It's well equipped and, really, you couldn't ask for more. Excellent value, too. I've stayed in a lot of five-star cottages, so I know what I'm talking about. The location is a bit off the beaten track, especially for a Yank who's unaccustomed to the narrowest of country lanes. But we quickly got the hang of it. No hesitation in recommending this property.

We stayed at Bryn Eithin over New Year. The cottage is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The views are lovely. Jane got in touch when we arrived to see if we needed anything and was available for the rest of the trip when needed. The cottage has everything you need in the kitchen and there is smart tv which was great for watching films. We visited two Zip Worlds which were very easy to get to. It's so lovely and quiet here, I hope we get to stay again.

Spending our Xmas with the family in beautiful Wales, was our best decision for this year! Jane's cottage was just perfect for us to get away from the city's madness and all that craziness of the last year. The cottage was equipped with absolutely everything! Comfortable, cozy and warm with a stove to keep us company and bringing memories of our cottage back home! We really enjoyed the hospitality, the scenery and we are definitely coming back as we missed the fishery in a walking distance from the cottage this time. Perfect to us in every way!

Another fabulous stay at Bryn Eithin, the house was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked with all the essentials that I hate bringing on holiday. Jane gave us a warm welcome on arrival and even took the kids to feed the animals during our stay. The location is breath taking and so peaceful, yet also handy for sightseeing all of the treasures North Wales has to offer.

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need and is very spacious. Jane is so friendly and let the boys help out with feeding the animals in the mornings, which they loved. The location is very good with lovely views and is only half an hour from Betws Y Coed. We will definitely be back.

It was a best choice to stay at Bryn Eithin. Right from the beginning, after booking was confirmed, Jane (the host) made us feel well cared for and welcomed - giving tips on how to reach this place, where to get supplies from and other tips.
Cottage is lovely: stunning views, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We've had a very good time there. No wonder it is so hard now to find dates available.

The accommodation was very well presented, clean, comfortable, plenty of crockery and cutlery.
The owner was very pleasant and attentive, the cake and fresh eggs from her chickens were very welcome and appreciated.

The only thing to note is the ground floor bedroom is reached by 3 stairs up from the front door level and the lounge was 2 steps down from the front door level, so not disabled friendly, but still a beautiful property and setting.

Beautiful cottage in an idyllic location. Surrounding area has breathtaking scenery. The cottage is exceptional with everything you need. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 ensuite bathrooms. Standard is A* Beds very comfy. Dishwasher, washing machine and BBQ.
Jane the owner was friendly and very accommodating. She even offered to pick us up from the pub! Shops are quite a distance so try to take what you need or get on your travels around. The nearest pub does have a small shop attached to it. Plenty to do in the area.
Would definitely return and recommend.

We have stayed here 3 times in the last few years. It is a wonderfully comfortable, spotlessly clean and well-equipped property in an attractive rural location. Magnificent views (the sunsets can be spectacular) with lots of quiet lanes and footpaths for fresh air and walks. The owner lives in the main farmhouse and is very approachable and helpful. The guestbook comments back up everything I say.

We had an amazing week at Bryn Eithin. The cottage was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The views from the cottage were beautiful. We had a great week in Bryn Eithin. The cottage is very well equipped, clean and spacious, with plenty of private outdoor space, with some much appreciated welcome gifts ! Jane was so kind introducing her animals to the children and letting the boys feed them. The cottage is in a lovely location, with the coast (west and north),Snowdonia and Llangollen easily accessible. We hope to visit again, thankyou.

Beautiful accommodation set in the glorious area of North Wales. It was a break we needed, though the weather could have been kinder and we had to leave earlier than expected, due to the Covid 19 virus. But we plan to return during a different season.
Jane was a wonderful host and the little extras she provided (eggs, cake, wine, etc) were lovely touches. The cottage was spotless, fully equipped and so relaxing. Thank you for having us.

can't fault anything. A home away from Home, the house have everything you want, from speakers to wi-fi, tv, everything. we went in March and it was amazing with the fire place was just an adds on value. Rooms were in a good size, and the view you will die for.

Second time we've stayed at Bryn Within. The house is extremely clean and comfortable, and Jane the owner is very welcoming and helpful. In general we've found it difficult to find good quality accommodation in North Wales, and this is certainly head and shoulders above other houses we've stayed in. There's also storage for bikes in the barn, something that's important to us as we come to North Wales to mountain bike.

This was out fourth stay at Bryn Ethin, an excellent base for mountain biking, and a super cottage.
Great location for Coed Y Brenin, Llandegla, Antur Stiniog, and lots of local riding with Foal Gasnach downhill tracks nearby.
The cottage and Jane the owner are 100% spot on, with lots of nice touches to make you feel welcome, fresh eggs and a not to be beaten Lemon Drizzle cake, freshly baked.
The accommodation is super comfortable, and has everything we needed, super kitchen with washing machine for riding kit, log burner, lovely outside area and secure bike storage.
We will return.

The cottage was well equipped, comfortable and clean. It had lovely welcoming touches such as a much appreciated welcome pack, chocolate bunnies for Easter and a good supply of logs for the wood burning stove. Despite travelling with two teenage boys, one of the highlights of our trip was getting to feed some lambs and watching them bounce around the surrounding fields! We used the cottage as a base to explore Snowdonia and further afield like Anglesey. The cottage was a home from home to return to after a busy day sightseeing and walking. We would definitely return. Thank you Jane.

From the hustle and bustle of Stoke we came once again to this beautiful cottage in this idyllic location. From your first breath of wonderful fresh air this is the best kind of retreat that money can buy. The family are so welcoming and generous. We had a lovely welcome with a hamper of goods and what must be a prize winning lemon cake. The cottage is well equpt and everything is of the highest quality. Our third stay with Jane as a base for three days mountain biking, great location for Coed y Brenin, Llandegla and Antur Stiniog trail centres, also the Penmachno trail and Foel Gasnach downhill tracks. The cottage and facilities are great for mountain bikers, with storage for bikes, and a washing machine for dirty gear. This cottage is outstanding. Though only a relatively short drive from our home, it felt like another world. Nestled in the rolling hills, there is a real feeling of peace and tranquility, free of modern mayhem. Ideal for really getting away from things, everything from the large modern kitchen to the well furnished bedrooms lends itself to taking time out to cook good food, open a bottle of wine or two (three, four...) and relaxing with friends and family. A really nice touch was the genuine modern welsh artworks displayed throughout the property; showed a real attention detail.

Bryn Eithin is a comfortable, spacious and well provisioned cottage. We found it super clean and inviting. For us it was quite exciting to drive along quiet country lanes to get there. Though the cottage is in a peaceful and rural spot it was very easy to go anywhere we wanted to. Jane left us a lovely welcome basket which we thoroughly appreciated. The views were wonderful. The cottage is very well designed and furnished. The location is delightfully rural as it is set on a working farm but this is no way impinges on your stay. The owner, Jane, is on hand to help with any issues but it is unlikely she will be needed. During our stay we had to amend our travel plans and Jane was sensitively accommodating. Milk, eggs, coffee, tea and a bottle of wine await you on arrival. I would highly recommend this cottage.

We came home refreshed and well rested. This is the perfect house and location to escape everyday life and rejuvenate.
The beds are heavenly, the kitchen well equipped and a wonderful family room.

We had a fantastic stay here, we all loved the location and the views were incredible. Just one regret on the location; next time we would stop on the way to pick up some food shopping, we hadn't appreciated it would be a few minutes drive to the nearest shop (not what we are used to!).
The children loved the proximity of the animals and Jane kindly let them feed the chickens and collect the eggs.
We had a lovely welcome from Jane, the homemade scones were very much appreciated.
The cottage was great; clean, homely and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We couldn't believe how quiet it was there, no sounds of traffic and we weren't woken by animal sounds either!
Would definitely recommend a stay here, our only regret was not booking to stay for more nights.

Bryn Eithin is in a lovely peaceful location with far-reaching views, away from main roads. There was a problem with the boiler most of the week but we were not without hot water or heating at any point. The problem was eventually rectified and this did not interfere with the overall holiday experience. We fully understood the situation and Jane was most apologetic throughout. The property is a real credit to Jane & Steven with every comfort catered for. Jane couldn't have been more helpful. We look forward to returning at some point.

This is a stunning property, both inside and out.

What a welcome we had. Jane who lives next door greeted us and on entering the cottage we found we had been left a plate of warm scones together with some butter and jam. There was also some milk and eggs, coffee and wine. The kitchen was supplied with a generous range of basics commodities for cooking and cleaning.
The cottage was beautifully furnished and lovely and warm....and there was lots of hot water. We had frosty weather during our stay but were snug in the light and airy cottage. The wood burning fire was a great success. The kitchen was well equipped and worked well with the adjoining dining area.....meaning that the 'cook' could still socialise. Views from the property were spectacular. Outside there were 2 separate seating/picnic areas and plenty of room for parking. The 3 bedrooms were all reported by the occupants as being very comfortable and cleanliness was apparent throughout the whole cottage.

The cottage is lovely and was just perfect. It has a modern airy feel. It is very well equipped from items, products, groceries and ingredients in the kitchen to hairdryers in the bedrooms. It is in a very quiet location. My children especially loved the cows in the next field. Home from home (without all the chores!) We would come back and stay here without a shadow of a doubt.

We have stayed in many cottages over the years and as a rule we don't generally return because we like to try different places; that changed when we stayed at Bryn Eithin. Within a few weeks of returning we had booked another break! A beautifully converted barn, finished to a high standard which was both comfortable and clean. To consider a hand shower in the second bathroom for washing hair or quick shower after a day out rather than having to share the only shower facility.

Fabulous part of the country to explore, with a wide range of walks and sites. Accommodation was spotless, well appointed and our hostess was very welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Hard to know where to start, perhaps by going to get my book of superlatives out.

From the clear website, easy booking process, and friendly and quick responses to email from the owner, everything was just right.

The cottage was superbly decorated, the kitchen was superbly kitted out, the beds very comfortable, everything was spotless when we arrived.

A nice little care package (wine, biscuits, eggs, butter, and even some freshly made almond scones) was an added bonus.

Lovely peaceful location close to Snowdonia, only a few small roads to negotiate to get to it.

On the tech side....rock solid WiFi/Internet in all rooms, TV with Freesat in Lounge and one bedroom. Mobile phone signal was OK in the right place, but no data, not that you need it with the WiFi!

We'll be planning a return visit in the not too distant future.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Bryn Eithin, and couldn't be more happy with the overall quality, the way it was equipped and the friendliness of our hosts! The location is stunning with views across the hills in all directions, and it provided a convenient point from which to access Snowdonia, as well as the coast, and stunning castle in Conwy.

A fantastic holiday cottage in a lovely location. Very comfortable, well equipped, spacious and clean. We were made to feel so welcome and look forward to visiting again soon.
