We were very happy with our stay. The entire house was very clean and in good condition. You should evaluate the master bedroom en suite bathroom, there must have a leak in the past which made the flooring under the sink and toilet very soft. Damage could get worse if there is still a leak. The kitchen was well equipped with plates and cups. it would be useful to have oven mitts and a dish rack strainer, more baking trays and foil. My son loved the fishing.
The house was clean and comfortable, well placed by the lakes, so easy to get to and enjoy walking round with a flock of Canada geese on the lake and cranes in the trees - unfortunately also masses of loud members of the crows family! Regrettably, against the recommendation of RSPB, these were being fed with large amounts of bread. Happy there, being easy to get to the gardens in Somerset and Devon, though disappointed that Exeter Cathedral was over 50% inaccessible due to work going on - oh well, reason to come back again when they finish!
Very happy with our stay here. Good accessibility for our wheelchair user. Nice host who gave us some good advice for our visit to Bridewater carnival. Overall very happy.
