We have just returned from a week-long family holiday staying at Arkaig Lodge. The Lodge was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for us and made the perfect place to retreat when the weather went against us. We loved the bird feeder on our balcony, which attracted red squirrels daily as well as an array of birds. It was lovely to sit with a cuppa and enjoy the show. The views from the lodge were also lovely and the autumn colours were amazing. We fully self catered and the kitchen was well equipped. We would love to return one day.
We loved our stay at Invergloy Lodges. Such a beautiful location with lots of gorgeous walks in the area. Onsite, wind your way through a lovely garden to the lochside. Wow, that view...stunning. Lodge really comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay, super toastie with log fire on. Immediately booked for another visit.
Top class accommodation in a beautiful setting. The people who run the lodges were very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information as to great places to visit nearby. But saying that, being wildlife fanatics, we did not even have to leave the lodge as many birds and red squirrels came to visit us and there were Dippers in the river in the grounds.
