What a fantastic place! James and Nick take such great care- and our cottage was perfectly equipt for cooking great feasts as we spent the weekend enjoying the gardens and the river activities. We could not have asked for a better place to spend Easter weekend with our kids and friends. We would recommend the property to anyone looking for a great Suffolk weekend. Thank you James and Nick!
We absolutely loved our Christmas vacation. We are looking again to book for this year. We stayed at north meadow cottage in July 2024 and it was lovely and again we couldn't fault anything. Nick and James went above and beyond for us. My dad had a stroke in February 2024 and the North meadow cottage is absolutely idea for anybody in a wheelchair or who has a disability.I can highly recommend this cottage to anyone and like I said nick and James are excellent hosts.
A great place to recharge your batteries. For us another great stay, already looking forward to a return visit next year.
The Nest was clean and warm on the ground floor of this old mill. The surrounding was beautiful in the early spring with the river running under the mill, we enjoyed the games room and the canoeing. The online app gave you all the information you needed, Nick and James were great hosts. We will stay again in the near future
We arrived home today and are missing it already. We stayed in the Lodge, a lovely bungalow with absolutely everything provided that you could need. A huge walled garden which our dog absolutely loved running about in and was very secure. Peace and tranquility, listening to the birds tweet and the cows in the distance. Great location, getting to the coast is easy. Nick and James are the hosts, saw Nick a few times, always have a good chat and always wanted to make sure everything was ok, genuinely lovely people. We will definitely return in the future and would highly recommend.
