Very good stay in chamonix. The hiuse was nice and very comfortable. I think you can get it a litte more clean.
We had some troubles with the tv and the remite controls. Nothing important!!!

The chalet is in very nice place and near the center and the only problem we face is that tha lane that we have to drive to the chalet is very small and we have big car.

We stayed for two weeks in July. Great chalet for the family (2 adults + 2 kids). had everything we needed and just a 5 minute walk into town. Highly recommended.
The team and Chamonix All Year were also great - very helpful and efficient.

Toilet rolls on arrival would have been helpful.
Road noise was a pain.
I have stayed in other properties in Chamonix. Comparatively this felt expensive.

We do usually leave some supplies of toilet paper etc. in the property to get you started for your holiday, and we apologise that this was missed on this occasion. Chalet le Tremplin is a popular chalet with our guests, particularly due to its great central location and proximity to the bus stops for ski access, but we're sorry to hear that it didn't quite fit what you were looking for this time. We have a range of other properties in Chamonix and would be happy to recommend some other options for you next time you visit Chamonix. We hope to see you again in the future.

We loved our stay at Chalet le Tremplin. The location was very convenient, and the chalet was comfortable and well maintained. The staff at Chamonix All Year were very helpful. We arranged our airport transfers and lift passes through them. Everything was done as promised.

Location was handy to Midi lift, town center, tourist info & bus. Washer/dryer were great but needed some basic English instructions. Beds were super comfortable, but bed covers were much too warm for summer conditions. Overall, we really liked Tremplin. Would rent again!
