It's the second time we've stayed at one of Auchendennan's properties to break up the journey south from the west coast. The rooms are clean, warm and welcoming and the kitchens are well equipped if you want to dine in.
Cottage is fab, spacious and spotlessly clean. Hot-tub and sauna are amazing. Well furnished and provisions for cooking, eating etc all brilliant. Lovely spot to just chill out, but also nice walks around if want to explore. 2nd visit for our group and now will be our annual wee girls getaway. First class break.
I had booked the entire cottage property for my son's wedding for 3 days. The location was perfect with its natural surroundings and its proximity to the Boturich Castle. The amenities were modern. The host guide book had informative tips on local eateries and conveniences. Dave the owner was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The cottages were spotless and well maintained. All in all a perfect setting for our family and friends who came from all parts of the world. We loved it.
We really loved every minute. The house is truly stunning and had so much space for our group of 10. Communication was super easy when I needed to make amendments and the cleaning crew were very kind the next day. We plan on booking again next summer.
Absolutely fabulous place. We have been a few times before and always loved it. We will definitely return. Great location. Comfortable rooms and peaceful surroundings and within easy reach to beautiful Scottish Loch Lomond.
3rd time I've used 1 of there cottages and each time has been excellent.Great value for the money would highly recommend.
Great cottage will definitely be back and recommend to others. So clean , great garden for dogs and seating area to chill. Only problem was mattress a little soft as I have a sore back.
Everything was easy, from booking, finding, checking in, & out, Angela was great. Lodges, Cottages, Studios etc. all very well done up to a high standard. Close to Loch Lomond, Balloch Alexandria, Helensburgh, Dumbarton, Glasgow. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay, as did Daisy the dog. Recomended ****

We booked out every property for our wedding guests in April and we would highly recommend Auchendennan Farm. Angela, James and the whole team are so kind, helpful and relaxed. Every property was in super condition, clean, the location is fantastic and we would definitely return for our own holiday!
Just a quick stay for us - the accommodation had everything we needed. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and lovely & warm on a wet autumn night. Hopefully we'll return & explore more of the beautiful area around Loch Lomond.
I stayed in Rose Cottage with my husband and daughter for three nights. We had a lovely relaxing break although the weather was awful. Well equipped and comfortable it has all you need for a short stay. Enjoyed seeing the chickens & alpacas as well.
Clean, comfortable and peaceful stop for the night close to the Loch. Friendly communications with staff and an informal easy approach to accessing the property.
Well appointed self contained accommodation with a huge comfy bed in a great quiet location. Check in was seamless. We only overnighted on the trip north but it was perfect.
Location is excellent. However, standard of property is poor and in desperate need of some TLC and a deep clean. Examples are: Oven stinks of grease, mould in the shower, dirty skirting boards, paintwork scuffed and marked around table area and where bins have bashed into the walls, furniture heavily worn and stained, outside the bbq was unusable as totally rusted and the bench could do with a power wash and a repaint, the bathroom tap was too fierce shooting water everywhere which has destroyed the lamination on the cabinet. All in all, standard was way below expectations and did not meet...more
