Stayed for three nights with my dog for a quiet, relaxing break. Perfect location, beautiful area, easy to find, close to the town and amenities, and plenty of walks/hikes around. The apartment itself was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better retreat, and I'm sure I'll be back!
Great place if you need a quiet few days away. Cottages are clean and comfortable and the location is fantastic. Definitely recommended.
I had the most amazing time at oak lodge, the views are incredible . The staff are so welcoming, the lodge is beautiful very modern Very clean and comfortable equipped with everything you need for your stay, I would like to thank Angela and Dave for our incredible stay.
Booked three nights to allow us to drop off things day before wedding. Staff very obliging as we were too early. Even got food into fridge. Cottage very comfortable and great not to have to rush off day after the wedding. Family took other 2 cottages & we all had a BBQ day after wedding. Highly recommend and fantastic venue !
We had a great hen weekend staying at Auchendennan, accomodation was fabulous and so spacious, quiet, clean and tidy. Hot tub was fab! Location is perfect. Booked a few apartments as well as the farm cottage, all within a very short walk which ideal for our size of party as meant everyone had there own space.
Beautiful location, peaceful but within walking distance or short cab ride to amenities. Clean, well equipped and very comfortable accommodation. Staff were excellent and very efficient. Would definitely stay again.
This property is just wonderful. The place the people and location couldn’t be better. The studio had absolutely everything you could want and is well put together for comfort. Had a fabulous Easter weekend. Will definitely be back for longer next time
Spent 3 nights staying at the Stables lower cottage 5. When booking I advised we would have our 4 month old baby and really kindly we were booked in to a lower stable with parking right outside. Great space inside, decor lovely and ideal for family break. Location perfect for trips to Helensburgh, Loch Lomond shores, Luss and many more places.
We had an incredible stay at this charming cottage for our hen party weekend! The place was exceptionally spacious, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had restful nights. The surrounding scenery was stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for our celebrations. Overall would recommend bumbeag cottage as verty well equipped, modern, homely and in peaceful location . Only thing that I would recommend is that the 2 mattresses in the twin room are renewed as both have dips in them which made it very hard to get comfortable and I myself didn't sleep well . I tried tutning the beds around to see if any better but unfortunately didnt make any difference . Just a small note on doing this noted that the florr needed brushed beneath beds nothing major . We booked Willow Cottage as an additional space for sleeping when we were staying at Finlas View. We had three of us staying there plus a dog, it was very comfortable and had a lovely log burner that would make it really cosy in the winter. Lovely little terrace and great facilities.

Having spent 4 weeks travelling around Scotland staying in hotels and guest houses we were looking for the opportunity to self-cater and de-load before returning to Australia. We spent a very pleasant long weekend in the cottage doing just that. We found it easy to relax and its location near Loch Lomond Shores and the retail facilities of Balloch made it ideal choice. The cottage is in a garden setting, and we spent some pleasant time sitting outside enjoying the birds flying overhead.
Small basic cottage and adequate for an overnight stay. A bit tired one pricey for what it is. That say it’s clean enough and fine for an overnight.
