Booked this while attending an event at the nearby BIC. Fantastic place, so clean and quiet yet a mere 3 minute stroll to the BIC. Has all the amenities you could want for a fab stay & it was lovely to sit out on the balcony during the evenings. It's a great location for a stroll along the beach too. Will definitely book the same place if we come to the BIC again - 100% recommend.
Property lovely,clean,comfortable and well equipped. Location ideal.The stairs were a little struggle for 2 in the group.Otherwise it was lovely.Harriet failed to return two of my calls which wasn't helpful or professional.
This was our third stay at Pippin House. We like its location, relatively quiet but still close to Bournemouth and Durley Chine beach. The accommodation is clean and comfortable with good beds and an adequate lounge area/kitchen facility as well as a parking bay. The Smart Home staff were friendly when approached and agreed a later departure time to assist our getaway. The only negatives were a faulty TV that provided an unwatchable pixelated picture, and a broken extractor fan in the bathroom which was an inconvenience, An offer to call and look at the TV was declined as it would have blocked...more
I’ve reviewed this property already and had to fight for a refund granted by Airbnb directly since the landlord doesn’t believe in customer satisfaction.
In summary, it’s damp, there’s black mold in the shower, the washing machine needs cleaning and the inner rubber ring fixed, drainage and cleanliness in the kitchen sink is poor. The wall panel heater has brown heat marks, the ventilation in the bathroom is poor (requiring the main ground floor windows in the bedroom to be opened for air flow) and probably the cause of the general damp miasma in the flat.

Because of the double booking we didn't stay in the apartment above instead we stayed in a place which was on the third floor,was very hot in the building and in the flat,very loud outside at night and not possible to leave the windows open and having blinds shut because the blinds where banging on the windows,the lift had two buttons pushed in and as a result we had to walk up the stairs through out our stay although the lift 'worked'.
