We had a lovely stay at Little Trevara with our dog. The balcony was a bonus, relaxing taking in the lovely sea view. Location was quiet and we had everything we needed, we really enjoyed our stay, could walk to pubs, cafes and shops, lovely short walk to the dog friendly beach, perfect. Only thing we would have liked is maybe a more private covered gate in garden because our bedroom had patio doors looking out to it, which connected to neighbours garden and as they would be out there sometimes we had to keep curtains shut but this didn’t spoil our stay, just something we would prefer.
This has been the sixteenth year our family has stayed at Trevara and we have already booked for 2025. This will say more than words what we think of the accommodation and the welcome of Janet and owner (Sally). The area is perfect for us, having spent our honeymoon in the area 55 years ago and returned every year since (!) A cautionary comment would be that the entrance lane to the property is very narrow, requires care and mirrors being turned in (on our Crossland). It might be, if you have an enormous Cadillac, parking elsewhere has to be sought. But you are in Cornwall and nothin...more
