Unwind and watch the waves sparkling in the sun or the fury of the stormy sea from the comfort of your chair. The cottage offers modern living with the feel of old world charm.

Cosy, delightful cottage with amazing outlook on to St Michael's Mount and the bay, hidden from the maddening crowd, yet only a 3 minutes walk to the centre of the village,St Michael's Mount, Mount's Bay, seascapes and picturesque scenery. The well-planned kitchen and delightful living area open on to a large south-facing balcony with stunning views to catch the sun and enjoy alfresco dining. Nestled close to host of interesting places this is the ideal sea-side retreat for couples, friends and family.

The ground floor offers a master bedroom, small twinned bedroom, and downstairs bathroom with shower over bath.

The master bedroom with it's king sized bed has French doors opening on to an enclosed and pretty paved garden. Large upstairs patio, private garden, parking.

For the large celebration book Trevara and Little Trevara. Caters for up to 10 comfortably.

Lovely quiet retreat with stunning views

We had a lovely stay at Little Trevara with our dog. The balcony was a bonus, relaxing taking in the lovely sea view. Location was quiet and we had everything we needed, we really enjoyed our stay, could walk to pubs, cafes and shops, lovely short walk to the dog friendly beach, perfect. Only thing we would have liked is maybe a more private covered gate in garden because our bedroom had patio doors looking out to it, which connected to neighbours garden and as they would be out there sometimes we had to keep curtains shut but this didn’t spoil our stay, just something we would prefer.

We had a great time staying here. The location is ideal, within a short walk of a few nice beaches, good restaurants, pubs, st Michael’s mount and lots of activities available in the main bay. Also, close to Penzance and a great base for exploring the rest of Cornwall. The place was lovely with a good living space and a great terrace that got plenty of sun with terrific views.

Due to unforseen circumstances we ended up staying in Trevara instead of Little Trevara. Having loved our stays at the latter we were pleased to feel exactly the same about our time in Trevara The sea garden was an added bonus and the views of the Mount from the master bedroom and balcony a joy. We love the peace here, in either property ( there is only 2 of us plus our pup) and have even seriously been thinking of moving to Marazion because we love our time here so much. The local neighbours are so welcoming and helpful too. We have Sally to thank that her properties are the icing on the cake.

From the moment we arrived at Little Trevara, our expectations were exceeded. Nestled in the picturesque town of Marazion, this charming cottage faces the majestic sea and Mount St. Michael, offering stunning views that promise to captivate. Our mornings began on the balcony, where we savoured breakfast to the soothing sounds of the waves—this spot truly felt like our own private oasis as we rarely saw anyone else, despite having neighbours.

The cottage itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and brimming with thoughtful touches, including fresh flowers that welcomed us upon arrival. It is equipped with everything one might need making it feel like a home away from home. Our dog was not only welcomed but was delighted by the toys left for her, adding a personal touch that was much appreciated.

The location of Little Trevara is unparalleled. A brief five-minute walk leads you to the sea, perfect for peaceful walks with breathtaking scenery. Additionally, the cottage is an ideal base for exploring local attractions. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Geevor Tin Mine and the Cornish seal sanctuary, both of which were hits with our daughters.

Sally, the owner, went out of her way to ensure our stay was delightful. Her dedication and helpfulness were evident throughout our stay, enhancing our experience.

This was our second visit to Little Trevara, and it reaffirmed why we will keep coming back. For anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Little Trevara is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

This little gem is in the heart of Marazion looking out at St Michael’s Mount. We loved the upstairs kitchen with views, the two bedrooms and workable bathroom. But we really appreciated our own laundry and multiple drying options. It’s within easy walking distance to pubs and cafes, a corner grocery store, St Michael’s Mount, the marshland. The narrow driveway was a challenge to use, but we managed it ok.

We arrived in the middle of a storm and so it was all the more special to wake up to the sunshine and amazing view of the sea. The cottage is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a week. Marazion was quiet as it is low season; some shops were closed, but there were places to eat and shop for gifts and ice cream. Very close by car to tourist attractions. We had a very enjoyable week. Many thanks.

10 years on and it still has that WOW factor. Simply stunning views no matter what the weather. Situated near to local shops/pubs/restaurants and bus stop but in a very quiet location. It’s our special haven to unwind and rest.

Cornwall at its best. A delightful cottage in a beautiful location. The views provide tranquility.

Peaceful, tranquil location and a lovely cottage with beautiful views, providing an enjoyable holiday. This was my second visit and I would hope to return.
The only reason that all the boxes did not recive 'excellent ' from us was due to the bathroom needing some attention to the damp and water appearing through the floor slates. (This comment was intended to be helpful and not detrimental)
A really enjoyable few days, always knowing that after a day exploring the area, warmth and comfort awaited at Little Trevara.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and all your comments are taken on board. Your comment about the bathroom is gratefully recieved and we are going to be refurbishing the bathroom this year. I think due to the abnormal amount of rain that we have had in the last few weeks it has caused a problem which needs investigation. This we can only done when we have no further imminent bookings. Thank you for your booking and we weill be delighted if you decide to steal away for another break next year. You will always be welcome.
