As a child, I used to spend my Summer Holiday's here, at The Ross with my Aunt Maisie and Uncle Bob, who lived in the Dairy House. Sadly both passed away many year's ago, so, to be able to get to stay here once again was like a Dream Come True for me. Second visit to Byre by the Sea and every bit as good as last one. The house exudes calmness and comfort - a very special place to visit in a glorious area of Scotland.
Had a lovely restful week away at Dairy House. Everything as described Sue was lovely a d made us a wonderful lemon drizzle cake for our arrival. We were so lucky with the weather in Feb. A perfect getaway to recharge and relax, clean, comfortable and welcoming. The back garden was nice and secure for our lurcher who loved it.
No light pollution so stargazing was amazing we had lots of clear nights and managed to get some great pics including the northern lights.
Didn't want to come home and will definitely be returning

Must have stayed here five or six times now! Every time we feel so at home, and find new places to visit. Really can't recommend it enough. The village is picture perfect, peaceful and friendly. Have already booked for next year.
