As my previous visits, was just lovely. I find it so relaxing on Wood Farm & it is just in the right location for me.
The cottage was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and had very nice decor and. Everything worked perfectly. A quiet, rural spot means that it is necessary to drive everywhere; this was not a problem for me but it may not suit everybody.
Placed in a very quiet and peaceful area it’s in the perfect position to explore north Norfolk well run with a lovely walk around the fields.
We had a lovely stay in Oak Cottage. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. There was plenty for our toddler to do on site, he loved the play area and ride on tractors. This was our second visit to wood farm and we’ll be back again!
We have stayed at Beech Cottage over many years and still absolutely love our time there! As our children have grown up we have experienced all that Wood Farm has to offer and we love it! Diana is always super friendly and the setting is just magical. We always wish we could stay longer!

Our third time at Wood Farm although this time in a different cottage but found it just as well run as always. Great location for cycling and easy access to the coast and National Trust properties. Not quite the weather we ordered ( We ordered cracking t'flags) but stayed dry throughout. Will be back.
Stayed at Wood Farm three times now once in Holly Cottage twice in Rowan Cottage Excellent Value so peaceful and relaxing, very central for lots of interesting places to visit.
