We stayed at the Bannerrigg for a long weekend for my sisters hen do. We were all so impressed by the house and the facilities. From the outdoor hot tub cinema room and massive dining area, with just a 5 minute walk into the village we were so close to all the shops and restaurants and enjoyed a lovely walk. Andy and Barbara were so helpful with all my queries and always had quick replies to anything I asked. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone to stay there.
We had a wonderful stay at Orrest Head House. The house is amazing and we were very privileged to be the first to stay in ‘The Loft’. This bedroom is a great addition to the house. It’s a super location for exploring the Lakes, and we can’t wait to return!
Just returned from a brilliant stay at Number One The Terrace in Windermere. It was exactly what we needed with everything to hand, large spacious rooms and an excellent lobby to dance in!!
We were a group of 14 celebrating my 60th birthday. The owners were extremely helpful with any queries and also let us drop off / leave bags before check in and departure to suit our travel arrangements . The house has everything you need to stay in but is also close to all bars / shops etc in Windermere. The bus to the lake is very regular and cuts the 40 min walking time to a 5 min bus journey. We had a wonderful weekend at Orrest Head House and Cottage. The properties were really well appointed, clean, comfortable and the management was excellent. We were well informed about what to expect which enabled us to plan an easy stay. There was plenty of space inside and outside and the location was perfect. None of our guests had a bad word to say.
We loved our stay at White Moss. The location was great, the property was really spacious, even with 12 of us staying! I booked it for my sisters hen do and she absolutely loved it!
Such a brilliant weekend away with friends at Boston House. The location is perfect, right next to the station with lots of parking. House was clean and rooms were lovely with plenty of space. The hosts provided lots of information in advance and the stay was very smooth! Even had some sun for the hot tub! Would absolutely stay here again - thank you!
