We stayed here for my 50th birthday and it was amazing. Beautiful house, plenty of room, great location, lovely big garden and all the amenities you need. Would definitely recommend. Good value for money.
Perfect facilities exactly as described and expected. Check in and out was all good. Hottest weekend of the year and the house was cool and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Handy for shops and transport
Just returned from a brilliant stay at Number One The Terrace in Windermere. It was exactly what we needed with everything to hand, large spacious rooms and an excellent lobby to dance in!!
Absolutely loved our group stay in Alice Howe. The owners were really helpful at booking and leading up to our arrival. The house itself is beautiful and great inside. It was perfect for what we needed. Everyone loved watching the football and a film in the cinema room. The hot tub was a treat for achy legs. We’d love to go back next year.
Had a comfortable stay here, very convenient to the town centre & had everything we needed for break in the lakes. Would recommend.
1 hot tub filters broke 2 head rest missing 3 bins in kitchen need lids or kept out side to prevent flies landing smelt foisty skirting boards covered with that much dust you could write on them
We have just returned from another amazing holiday at The Terrace Windermere. Last year we stayed in Alice Howe. This year we were in Boston house, which was every bit as brilliant. Location is perfect. Supermarket is just round the corner with all the lovely shops bars restaurants of Windermere just a short walk away. The train station is only a 5 minute walk. We had 8 adults a baby & 2 dogs in our party age range from 7months to 84! The whole house was tastefully decorated & super clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need.
