Castle Douglas, Kirkcudbright and Gatehouse of Fleet are all within 10 minutes drive of Bengali. The rest of Dumfries and Galloway and the Ayrshire coast are easily accessible from the A75. Popular family destinations such as the Chocolate Factory and the Cream of Galloway are close by. There are a host of local beaches, golf courses walking routes and mountain bike trails at the 7Stanes.
The house features 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite), large living room with log burning stove, large modern family kitchen with breakfast bar opening out onto a decked area and secure storage if you need somewhere for your bikes, fishing or golfing equipment.

I think this is just going to the owners as wouldn't want it on tripadvisor etc as not fair on them as a few things I would give feedback about, but in general a lovely holiday.
* Fridge light not working (not ideal with in the night trips with three kids)
* Heating was so hot when we got there, we don't tend to have heating on much and found it really uncomfortable until my husband worked out how to turn off each room. The instructions were too complicated when we just wanted everything off. The dog got very uncomfortable as well
