Had a lovely stay at Cologin Farm Lodge, was very clean, quiet and scenic. Being able to take the dog was great as we like taking him with us, however we would like to revisit without him and experience Oban better. Location was fine, located a 10 minute drive from Oban town centre. Wi-Fi on site is fine for phone use but not recommended for streaming services, they do have DvD players in the cottages and also have some DvD's on site located in an old phone box, as well as soon books. Would love to visit again.
The property is spotless, and lovely to have a wood burner. We have 2 dogs and you can walk out of the house directly up to a hidden loch in 15 mins, lovely to have a bar and restaurant on site.. The staff are all very helpful & and on our last two visits, Brian , the Buildings engineer was a joy to chat to .. Every member of staff was a joy to deal with …
The stay was very comfortable and the room as great for my sister who is disabled. Enjoyed my nights at the barn Would recommend it to friend who are going to oban
A birthday treat for me, a well deserved treat for my daughter and dog. We love walking around the site so peaceful, and we go to the beach everyday, Skye loves it there. Been going to Cologin for a good number of years love it ❤️
We love to stay at Cologin. We stay in the one bedroom lodges. Very comfortable and clean and the hosts are very friendly. Ideal for us. As we enjoy the ferry from Oban. We can easily get to the ferry terminal by driving the few miles. Many eateries in Oban and good for shopping. On the site at Cologin, The Barn Where you can enjoy a lovely meal and drink. Check the website for menu and opening times.
An absolutely beautiful location. Comfy beds. The shower was good (despite what some others said). Nice living room. Clean and all ready for us. Only thing was the hot water for washing up in the kitchen was a bit of a trickle, but we managed. The little outside area with the french windows was great on a sunny morning. Would definitely recommend this place.
We had a great stay with our group in the farmhouse. It is nice located and enoughp privacy. Also plenty of plates and cups. Center of Oban is realy close by. And relaxing in the hottub was lovely.

Arrived with our granddaughter and wee dog to find a warm clean chalet with all the amenities and very clean The beds were clean and very comfortable and we all slept well The paths around Cologin are excellent for dog walking and up to the Loch We will certainly be back The communication from Katie was also excellent
