Stayed in the same lodge in 2024 so we knew what to expect. Lodge was good again. Lovely having the Barn pub/restaurant on site which we enjoyed a nice meal in. Would definitely consider returning if we come back to the Oban area again.
Great, comfortable cottage with outstanding views. All communication was via text/watsapp. We didn't meet the owners which was a shame. Near Oban with lots of restaurants and ferries to various islands. Next to pub where we ate one night - we had lovely food.
We had a lovely stay at number 10. Very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The only minor down side was I slept in the twin room and the electric circuit board hummed and vibrated throughout thd night. It did it pretty quietly but both nights I needed my ear plugs. The occupants in the double room didn't hear it. On the back of that I will still come back to stay and recommended the lodges to friends.
Very good information service from the owners. we had a pleasant stay. location beautiful. also nearby Oban. nice trails.
Myself and 7 friends stayed in the Cologlin Farmhouse for 2 nights, the house was exactly what we were after. Katie’s customer service was second to none. The farmhouse is located right next to the bar and restaurant which we were also met by great customer service and tasty food for a bunch of hungry farmers! Thanks again, we will definitely be back!
We really enjoyed our short stay at Cologin Farms. Everything we needed in a clean and comfortable cabin. We also enjoyed eating at The Barn restaurant. I only wish we had time to do some of the walks around the farm as it was a beautiful location.
We had a great stay beautiful & peaceful place lil lodge was like home from home very welcoming owners and very nice place to eat & drink and meet others is The Barn on site great hospitality and food , loved the views that surrounded our lil cabin every-morning having my cuppa on our balcony just listening to the Birds would recommend anyone to go Thank you so much
We have stayed several times at Cologin and absolutely love it. Its location is magnificent. The site is well kept. It would have been nice to have seen someone from the family on arrival but other than that, Cologin did not disappoint. We love the walks around the area. The chalets / lodges are good and well maintained although can look a little tired on the outside (I think the dead looking plastic pots outside the chalets have had their day and need to either go or be changed). We always look forward to staying at Cologin and will look forward to our next visit.
Everything was very clean, and a comfortable unit. The recommended walk up to the lochan was very enjoyable.
